What is this?

A league of organized teams that meet every Tuesday at 9PM Eastern to play Team Battlemode. View/download the rules (pdf format) from this webpage: http://www.geocities.com/lc50tank/TBML.html . The season has already started, but you can still join! To join, please email Leopard (leopardtt@yahoo.com) who will place you with the reserve players until a captain requests you for his team (teams usually need players right away though!).

Lauryn knows me well. I do not play those games. I am in the Lair, you can catch me one on one anytime. All you have to do is bring it. But you don't Fatlips, unless you have backup. That is why you are scared. Well you can bring all the backup you want. I can take them too.

And I just want to state something for the record. I play under the name Crow every game I play. Only a coward has to change his name every time he plays. You all know who you are! If you can't face someone and have them know who you are then it's because you can't face them. You are nothing but scared little girls! Fatlips, Hoosane, and many others are too afraid to play under their real names because they know they will get their asses torn apart if they do. Cowards! I'm not afraid to use my name. I love it when you all gang up on me, it makes me a better player. And by the way, when you have to get help to beat a player it means that player is better than you are.

Please Crow don't be an asshole. I can kick you ass as well as you knowing it. Please backup, Hoosane hasn't played this game for......atleast 2 months. So if you can set up a duel and come to a different game because you need your team to let you survive show me what you go. Set up a time please and I will whipe you out! XD But hey if you dont feel like being an asswhipe after I hurt you its okay I understand I can kick your ass :P And for Mark, I've seen him kick your ass multiple times and you haven't touched him without a teamember next to you and Mark and Me and Apollo13 are better than you so shove it and go cry somewhere else. Umm, I may not have had skill 2 months ago Crow, but I am a much better battler now. I do know how to shoot, and I fight you in the Lair all the time. I find you less of a challenge than Fatlips, which is what I base my opinion on. I am not going to choose sides, because I don't want extra enemies. Sorry if I insulted either of you with that, I am simply saying that is my opinion, and no one has to take it seriously. Noone cares about a 12 year old anyway....

Please refrain from contaminating this thread with useless information, or information not pertaning to the league. There is plenty of room to start another thread.

I was going to quit last season because my lag problems made me feel worse than useless. Lep and the team asked me not to go. Guess a shooting rock was better than nothing :-)

I'm really glad I reconsidered and stuck around.

Fatlips, If you can't beat me in the lair you can't beat me anywhere. You want a second chance by having a duel well you're not worth my time and dueling is childish. You can duel me anytime I'm in the Lair. Or you can try anyway

Mark(bot) your skills haven't improved much over the last 2 months sorry. If you don't like hearing that than you should keep your opinions to your self. The only reason Faltips even has a forum right now is because of the newbies who have to learn what an ass she is the hard way.

The DB and ZS have both tottered along all season long, fading in and out of contention from week-to-week. This battle will likely decide which of these teams will be in the playoffs. The DB are riding high on their surprise upset of the #1-ranked Metal Slicerz, and with their influx of fresh blood, expect them to put the nail in the coffin on the ZS.

With the Rats hungry for revenge, The Desperados will have a tough time on the other side of the map this time.

The Slicerz lick their wounds after last week's loss to the DB, but won't be upset again this season. Of course, if the Imperators have the ability to pull a miracle spoiler victory, now is the time.

Well, Slicerz won against Imperators (did you really have any doubts?), I think we beat em by about 20, lemme go check. 28+33 and 18+26. Imps = 34 Points. Slicers = 61 points.

@ Mark,

You seem like a nice person *hint:- grab your calculator and add the numbers. You will find that the scoreline was 44 to 61* Not a bad scoreline for the Imps. Considering there were only three of us.

Hey on the bright side, we are the most consistent team in the league.. Lol.

Just wanted to say that the game last night with the imps started off in a troubling manner. Usual stuff, but im not here to complain. I wanted to compliment the three imperators that showed up: banshee, deleroit, and lauryn. You guys played very well and deserve some credit for your perserverence and sportsmanship. The 2nd game especially...you three made it really tough. So thanks for the good game and you guys deserve a lot better so keep it up.

It's JUNE MADNESS time! Week 10! Woooooo! The teams are vying for spots in the playoffs. Metal Slcierz should grab the top seed, closely followed by the Rats in the second slot. Desperados and Zombie Squadron should round out the Final Four . However, if there are any upsets this week, all will be chaos... Devil's Brigade still has a chance to squeeze in at fourth place, however, they are going to need to upset the Rats and hope that the Slicerzs beat the Zombies. This week marks the swan song for the ill-fated Imperators, whom everyone owes a big pat on the back for just sticking with it and being good sports.

The Desperados will cruise over the Imps; a win here guarantees a Final Four berth.

The Rats are in the Final Four for sure, however a win over DB and a Slicerz loss will put them in a tie for the #1 spot. Expect this game to be a very strategic game with a lot of sniping. The DB needs to win this one to keep their Final Four chances alive.... Emotions running high on this one for sure.

The Slicerz will pound the Zombies yet again as they retain their dominance over the league and #1 spot. However, the ZS can still wreak a little havoc if they can pull the upset.

I'm on a computer at the Reily Center, since we have a membership there. I am completely wiped out due to a sports summer camp all day, and then heading straight here to play racketball for 4 hours straight and then swim competitively in a meet for another hour and a half, so I'm pooped. I'll be at practice tonight, cya there Tank0r.

Zombies sneak by the Slicerz for the 1-point upset. One of the best games all season... Doesn't get any closer than that.

Desert Rats by 1....nerve racking, but well worth it. Good game Devil's!

Congrats to the Imperators and the Devil's Brigade for a well faught season. Imps have had a hard way to go from the beginning but never gave up. Devil's beat us good first game we had several weeks ago and nearly had us again this game. Both teams are full of very good players and we should all take the time to tell them. WTG - Way to Go

Anywho , good season all!!! Playoffs to be decided now, will work with LC50 on this.

Also definite testimonial to the league, teams were for the most part very evenly matched and the games were never really a blow-out compared to last seasons league excitement, fair play and good competition!!!!

Special compliment to imps, good sports sorry it worked out like the way it did, however work with me for the next season and we will make you a viable team.

Now this brings me to the next question, I am presently working on setting up for the next season, I need to know from all players who are interested to come back. Please e-mail me at Leopardtt@yahoo.com

Also unless there are manning problems , we are looking at keeping the existing teams, except to shore up the imps to a decent level of manning and skill, and having a draft to replace lost players.

Well, it's been one helluva league!

A big nod goes out to ALL members of this league for making it such fun, and to Leopard and LC50 for doing such a bang up job in keeping things organized, being such diplomats in resolving any issues or conflicts, etc, Also props to all the rest of the team captains for guiding your teams with such leadership. Last but not least, a compliment to the Imps for being such great sports, when life and the game handed them a lemon. Imps, your time will come to shine soon enough. Stay with it.
