Ya, I gotta admit Tanky was the man when players were mediocre. Players like wal, Azazel, Hugo, -Z-. Dan mac, FoulPlay, PREY, Jangles, Tank Dork, LC50, Ben, Him, Astrisk, Baba, phoenix, Racer, ACA, weener, Cowboy, Jinx, Reagent, GeOrge, Sherman, Sluggy, 44, MajorPain, Gnomie, gerbil of death, Vash, Dj, Leopard, baklava, Supra, Quiter, others I can't dredge up now, and Tally Ho never could scrum or shoot worth a hoot.
I have been kicked (again using an alias) for very little reason. The hammer drops a lot faster when you aren't a regular I guess. And it's not just TBL servers that I have often felt a bit hinky on. I guess cutting my flea teeth on the Shockwave servers has me expecting tank and shooting behavior to act a certain way.
I'm a bit surprised that you think you would actually have a chance with me and tanky. Seems someone else is also tipping a few.

I hope we can get our game going any day now. I wanted to, again, tell that I can play [any time], except Thursday evenings at 10.30. So, I'm leaving it up to you guys and Trivox to do the scheduling and I'll be there. Count on it. Triv mentioned last time I spoke to him (5 minutes ago) that he prefered the game starting time to be set anytime up until 8 PM EST. OR (!) making it later, so that he can instead go up early in the morning his time, perhaps something like 12 PM EST. I think that's what he said to me, and I thought I should pass it along in this thread. Now, I hope we can work this out as I'm looking forward in the game. I'm leaving the rest of sheduling here to you and Trivox, since I'm fine with anything.

I was there all the time, last night. To me, it doesn't matter at all when kids are throwing stupid words at each others. To some extent, it can even be amusing to see that some people are so mentally deficient that they actually believe they can talk their nemesis counterparts down, just by mockery. LOL.
BUT - and this is the reason I even bother writing this - when you're running out of qualified words to throw at one another, please don't start to agitate on peoples sexual preferences. No one would care less if you're both gay or not. Except for, perhaps, gays themselves...
As far as I'm concerned - GAY PEOPLE ROCK! . The one that descends to such a low level, that he starts using HOMO, GAY, or somesuch words as a means of bullying people, can go to hell.
As I can see, HankstaTanksta seem to suffer from an insecure 15 year old guys homofobical fears. My word of advice, fear not, everyone (or at least I did, too) fear the thought of "what if". That's a common step in the maturity phase of most youngsters. Time will show.
As for Tally Ho, you're saying that you'll seize your responding to this, which is good, but I hope you can manage to restrain that urge of yours, to respond to it.
As for other forms of 'mockery', using more refined words, go ahead:

^^^ Good points wiz. I let myself get slightly sucked in by these gophers and their bogus claims of hacked servers, I'm the best buffoonery and all talk no action yip yap. I've deleted my posts because people like wiz are correct. I just like to goof on these goons here and there myself. All that remains is my initial challenge which I know will never be taken.

@All: Nappy was kind enough to make us a 2 on 2 map list. These maps were selected at random from the standard Bravetree Maps, the PSL approved maps, the 2 on 2 and 3 on 3 approved maps, and wiz/triv's new maps. So according to the list, we play the next game (X & Ho vs. Wiz & triv) on Hypothalamus Hills. I will post it in the Tally's top post. Thx Nappy!
@wiz & triv: I head home from Chicago tomorrow. If 12 pm EST or later is OK for you triv, how about Wednesday at 1 or 2 am EST? Tally and I are almost always around then.

Eventually, all one wants to do is freakin' play the game - which wasn't happening with any consistency. Which leads me too.....

As your TT partner for almost 2 years, I've been trying to avoid writing this. We had a great run - only a couple of losses as a duo and no losses when Bolo joined. Now, I don't know exactly what happened in the finals, but obviously it warranted Bolo looking for someone else and for X and Fro to never play against you again. I jumped in never really having played as a 2 man-unit with B and we lost. Heck, I don't even really like 2 on 2, but you know what? We ACTUALLY PLAYED and it was fun!
Y'see, Hank, the problem is that as you play the pariah more and more, there are less and less people to play against.. Couple this with your constant lack of communication (i.e. Rarely sending emails) basically means that you've hijacked our playing times. As someone who would like to play 3 on 3 on a weekly basis, it's now a monthly process with our last match 4 months ago. That's just way too long to wait for a game we all love to play.
Now, with the 3 on 3 ladder coming up shortly, the only chance B and I will have competing on a regular basis is to replace you. That's why we contacted The Prof. It wasn't an easy decision, but one we had to make. Don't get me wrong, if you can arrange a match, I'd be more than willing to join you. But, the question is, who's going to challenge us with the current status you now hold? Personally, I'd rather spend my free time playing than writing and waiting.

Morning everyone. Oh, don't tell me that I've calculated wrong. The game's going to start in 1 hour, right? I'm +6 hours ahead of EST time, and it's around 6 AM in the morning here. (In 1 hour it will be Wednesday, 7 AM Swedish time = 1 AM EST.)

Yes it was a good run and jangy when we played on the 1st 2 on 2 tourneys we never lost just for the record.
If you can remember way back the 2 on 2 ended because Azazel and Foulplay could not make the final match.
Do to AZ moving, I too fell into the same scenario I moved during the final 3 on 3 therefore giving up the title of champs.
I am finally situated in my new home and business is slowing down.
I will be taking back the championship title but I am sorry you and bolo will not be with me to enjoy.
I will be participating in the 3 on 3 Tourney and I WILL STILL BE JOINING IN ON TEAM SCRUMS.
For the past 3 weeks I have been playing TT under a different alias getting my skills back to par, And you should know I have not lost any single players games in 4 days none.
For the record I have never lost any 1 on 1 challenge.
Now bolo I apologized to you for leaving the 2 on 2 tourney but I was not lying about lag slowing me down to a crawl.
Shortly after that game my Internet crashed for about 30 mins after contacting my ISP it was back up and running.
Who knows we might have won that game or lost but theTally never gave us the chance instead the first thing he did was run to the PTT forums to talk his trash.
I may not have time to go to TT gatherings, Play in Tourneys, psycho scrum, Admin games, Write scripts, or even make skins but you can make damn sure I will be in the next 3 on 3 tourneys.

Ho and I will play each team going down the list until we lose. Then the winners take over and keep going down the list. To be added to the bottom of the list, post here! We will have a continous list for 2 on 2 challenges. This will keep people in tip top shape for the next tournament!!
Challenges must be played within a maximum of 1 week, and preferably within a day or two. Let's keep this fast-moving and up-tempo! -Rx
