Here's how it happened: People signed up that couldn't play.

So can the teams with extra give up 1 or 2 players so we can have at least 1 sub?

Well, I seem to have the most on my team. I'd like to keep Herc, but I'm not in as much need as others, so why don't we nullify my pick & put Herc back in the pool.
