Each team will be responsible for hosting their own HOME games.

I am looking for hosters to host games for those who do not have hosting capabilities.
I don't beleive this league has the luxury of looking for the perfect server. We need to just get the games played.

Captains, Please let me know you plans to get the missed games rescheduled and played.
Contact me if you need a server.

Important Information

IF you are playing Team Euro, the gametime that is preferred is Thursday 7:00 PM EST. If Teams can play 4 on 4, they should do so to make it simpler. If games cannot be accomodated on Thursday night at 7:00 EST, then each team, has from Thursday night (current game week) until the following Wednesday night to play to complete their games, if the schdeuled game time cannot be met by either team. If the game is NOT PLAYED by Wed. Night (USA) then it will be awarded a split.

To All captains Supratank is now returning to our team and if he behaves he will play this week. We are evaluating him as we speak now, he has to pass the exams for reentry into the TPC.

TPC has received Information that maybe Wingnut can't show for this week's game but the others of your team should show .

We will be their to play against you guys. Rooster is hosting, with regular league PASS...

Also please show up to welcome Supra tank with us, this will be his first league game in ages.... Easy prey I believe.

Sorry to hear that two of the three will miss the game. As for Maverick "The mouth of the South" not being there, well that is typical of him. He gets into server raving about being an MVP of TBML, and the best player around, yet he won't front up for a game to prove his cause against quality players... SHAME SHAME!!!!

Also it is interesting to note that Euro, who were beat by TPC, have not yet updated the rankings to reflect their first loss of the season... SHAME SHAME!!!

Hey everyone, I have a problem that needs to be fixed before tonights game.

Whenever I try to load DC2 and Wiztriv05: Balletomania I get an invalid packet response.

I let both maps load from the server, but it doesn't work.

I have also tried loading the from Napalm's expansion pack, but that hasn't worked out either.

Can anyone help me? I can't remember how I got this to work before my compture died, but please assist asap.

All the other MOD's work fine, just those two that I'm having trouble with

His johnson (Marmot, right?). Wiz here. I know that some people have had some troubles loading those maps and I'm not sure exactly why. But if you downloaded the maps, did you copy and replace the ones that you already had, if you had them already in your mission folder? If not, make sure you delete all files that begins with the same letters.

I'm quite certain that they (at least my map, Balletomania) doesn't have any extra graphics or things like that from the expasion pack, so there are no funky stuff in them and they should work properly. Maybe Dashy, Napalm or Roo might have some ideas why some maps won't load properly for some people, yet load just fine for others. There's got to be a pretty simple, but still missing solution to this.. I'm sorry if my answer doesn't make much sense, but let's see if you can get some advice from those who are more savvy with these mission files. Hang in there bro.

URGENT @ ROOSTER,

For tonight we have a double header: TPC vs Hell angels. Can you make the maps Trinity and Baloney Pony rotate since we have to play on those 2 maps. If this is not a good solution then please pick a neutral map for all the games. OR

Well I am happy to report that even though 2 of our hosters mysteriously
no-showed (highly unusual) the games got played

HA played TPC tonight for what was to be a double header (4 games tatal) now I am not TPC Capatain but let me tell you after 1 hour and 15 mintues and only 3 games played due to them not being ready !
Things not Ready
1. Server not set to league admin pass word
2. Had no plan for any of the games tonight - who was playing what game
3. Took all most 15 mintues to figure out who would play each game, every single game
4. People would not stay out of the games when they were told they were not playing
5. Not listening to Captains when told to leave - had to know why. Hello !!! Because the Captains said so, thats why !

Now I am more then willing to let the first 3 games go as posted with this being added,
1. Game 1 they get one point more for me self killing by mistake at end of game with Area Effect
2. Game 2 we get one extra point for Suriname self killing at the end
3. Game 3 they get one extra point due to I fell off of map on accident right at the start
4 due to all the BS listed above and once again God coming into the game for the 3 time (once each game he was told to sit out ) we want a tie for last game or draw !

HA went above and beyond to make this happen. TPC has know about this match now since 10/16/05 and HA feel they wasted our time tonight due to poor Team Managment skills, and over all not being ready for Leagues tonight. We do have a life out side of TT and for us to set aside 1hour and 15 minutes to play four games, no biggy but when you are now onto 11/2 hours and only 3 games played thats getting out of hand ! :o

It had nothing to do with losing the games. It was about the constant delays and failure to follow code :(
I agree with Lone for most of the conditions he wrote, but making the last game a tie/draw isn't gonna happen. The last game sucked...twas bad for both teams (not talkin bout score). The games were played, but it was frustrating to do so (I myself was not in a terribly great mood since I was delayed in coming home from a show rehersal).

Sorry about the server issue on my end. I had a small crisis here in Monkey Land. I did get the server up, by 9:29, but it had the wrong name on it, even though it was the right map. I came into the server you were on to tell you guys that it was there and I emailed Lep, but you guys already seemed to have found a workable server. That was probably for the best anyway, as my connection seems to once again be turning to crap. Sigh.

Anyway, I'm glad to hear the games got played. I'm also very glad that this season is nearly over.

As I was getting ready to leave work, I was concentrating on setting up a show to render during the night before I had to hurry home to take my son to wrestling practice. So with both those items on my mind, I completely forgot about setting up a league server. I'm glad the games were still played, but I'm sorry for any inconvenience I caused the players who were ready to go.

If you're on, our mob will be available after 5pm EST. Rollon sent me an email saying he can play "after 5pm". I take it he means 5pm EST, not the french 5pm time. But in any case, if that is 5pm french time, it only means he's available even earlier than 5pm EST (since 5pm french time = 11am EST time).

Now, get your guys ready. We also need one hoster. Therefore, can somebody, preferably ol trustworthy Ròóster lend us his server with Nemesis Plains map in it?

I have been working my buttocks off to arrange for some games tonight, Sat (despite the fact that we're 2 man down, 3 in total). So don't let me down on this, my fingers are now burning after all emailing and lobbying. I believe I got 3 infuriated, toxic euro ragers ready for you. I hope you're up for some breathtaking fights of epic proportions .

I have emailed Rooster and await confirmation from him if he can put Nemesis Plains, DB10 and Baloney Poney in a rotation, providing me with the admin password so that I can manually zap over to each map respectively.

Give me a hand and try your very best to get some players ready to play tonight, from 5pm EST and on .

With so many games unplayed and so little time left before the holiday season, I'm not sure what we should do. Our team is willing to go all the way and we are available to play all our backed up games this coming weekend and proceed to the playoffs next week.

Captains, make a decision. Or we can just declare eurorage winners and get ready for next season, if there is one.

@ wiz our last double header versus HA, has it been added to our rankings. We won the 4 games with good margins, see Screenie thread ?

Declare the Euros the winners? I declare I see your underware. (Mmm, pantylines) Anyway, with that many missing games, surely you would rather prove your quality rather than declare it?

But I think you're right about TBML 6.0.

With so many games unplayed, it's pretty tough to declare a winner. To me, though, the Euros were the best team. They were organized and highly mobile. Nobody else was as tough. They were the only team to beat IronSloth on SlothLand, for what that's worth.

At any rate, I would support just letting the season end at this point. We're past the point chronologically when it should have been finished. With so many unplayed games, there's no way to fairly determine seedings for the playoffs. There'd be fights about match-ups and we all know it. Let's just let it go. Let it die peacefully in its sleep. We'll walk away now while the prevailing mood is mainly apathy rather than antipathy.

As for next season, I think that there can realistically be no more than six teams. Nine was too many. Eight was also too many. A six team league might survive next season, providing that the people who join are serious about playing.

Either way, I won't be among them. I don't have the time and I don't find league fun anymore. Good luck to all of you who decide to play.

@ Stan we played 4 games Total. I was not in the last 2 but they were played and we did win them. Please have a look at all the screenies. I will also Email AU our captain so that he can confirm this. I will ask AU to post the last 2 screenies of our double header , because they are not there.

Cool I will answer you quickly on the games this weekend.

Split the points for unplayed matches, and take the top four teams. Or simply make it single elimination with all teams playing. The top team plays bottom team , 2 vrs 7, 3 vrs 6 and 4 vrs 5. Highes seeded winners play lowest again in second round. Have a double elimination for the last two teams.

It is a mammoth task to finalize the games so close to XMAS. Even though TPC were the only team to Euro, there
is no doubt that Euro where the best overall team in TBML 5.0. I am happy to declare them as winners of TBML 5.0, provided that most of us agree.

If every1 is up to it we can play some games this week for fun. Maybe we can play a last man standing game. Every1 who gets killed leaves the server. Everyone for themselves. Winner takes all. It could be a bit messy, but it could be fun too.

It would be interesting to see who would be the last one in the server. Once you die you type /obs, and watch for the winner to take the glory.

There is no meaning to my insanity!!! Any1 up for it??

Yes there would be lag, and yes it will be messy but for 5 mins of time, which is more time that many of you last in bed anyway, this could be fun.

^No, no. That wouldn't be as fun as this: Someone makes a huge tbm server with the league pass which rotate all the eight teams homefields. It would be the grand finale and the last goodbye before closing this season. The player limit would be put around 50 that would make max 25 players for both teams, thought, I doubt we would get fifty players there, but wouldn't it be fun to play against and together with all teams for the last time! Eg four teams against four teams and we could switch after few games couple teams to the other side. Guarenteed fun!

You could even use that massive show as a trick to recruit more players for the next season. XD
