I just got an email from SteAlth. It seems he is leaving TT and stepping down as Comissioner of this Tourney, and as a participant. :(

I will double-check this information! But the way it stands right now is that SteAlth has asked me to take over as Comissioner for this Tourney.

First of all, we will miss you SteAlth! We all are confident that you will come to your senses soon! ;)

Here's the bottom line on this Tourney. I will be swinging THE HAMMER! WE NEED TO GET THESE GAMES PLAYED FAST!! We need to be putiing more of an effort to get these games played AT ALL COSTS!

2 on 2 Team Scrum is one of the most intense gaming experiences ever -- because every second matters, every individual bullet you take or deliver matters, every smooth driving maneuver you nail makes the difference in winning or losing each goal. Given the intensity of these games, when we look at the intensity with which we are scheduling the matches, the difference is SHOCKING!

If this professional think tanker thing doesn't work out, he could always shimmy on over into the world of photoshop gurus.

For the long-term health of this community I think we should lock the thread soon. We should all learn from this and move on.

We need to be focussing on how to make tourneys better and how to improve communication before something like this happens , and improve sportsmanship.

I know we can organize ourselves to make these tourney's fun, and we need to bounce back and do this better the next time. The whole tone of these things needs to change! It's not all about winning. It's about good, clean, spirited and high-level competition.

Fwiw, Tally and I are happy to take challenges from any level-headed team; and if we lose then so be it ! Such is the nature of the game and of life.
