In another thread, it was mentioned that a team scrum trio is undefeated at 9-0 against all challengers.

The team consists of Bolo, Jangles and HankstaTanksta (I believe). I think it would be very interesting and lots of fun to read the results of those matches. I am sure that these guys have it documented somewhere (perhaps even framed and hanging on their walls, if I know them at all). Can you post those results, fellas? I would like to see who has already challenged you guys.

I am interested because I think I can put together a team scrum dream team that can actually beat you guys.

Maybe each of them have lost to you while on other teams, but I would like to see them play together as team.

Here's whom I would love to see play. This would be Paisano's dream team for team scrum 3 on 3.

Here's how it would go down (in my book anyway):

Sizicus would be able to handle Bolo when it comes to pure fire power (Ben is considered by most to be one of the greatest battlemoders of all-time).

TankGirl would be able to hold her own against Jangles when it comes to making long runs and scoring.

44 would seal the deal because he would be able to take care of Hanksta...when it comes to both battlemoding and scoring spectacular goals. It would be close, mind you, but I totally believe 44 would have the edge as would the others in their matchups.

Obviously, all this is speculation and looks great on paper (on the screen). The only thing that counts is what happens on the playing field. I really would like to see these six players go at it! I would also request that they record their games! Regeant X can help with the movies, if he's interested. Z can then post the movie so we can all see it!

Alternatives: If any of the players I mentioned are not interested or can't play for whatever reason, I would also nominate these amazing players to fill in any slots: Burnsie, Tally Ho, Vash or Stinkfingers. Any of them would do fine!

Well I'm game. We do need to find a third though. We've got DiG iT (FU) in the roster now, he's been doing pretty good but I don't know if he's up to par for a challenge like this. Although, I would like to hear his catch phrase being thrown on the screen with every goal. Chop! Chop! Would be great to play with, if we could find em. The few times we have cought him in a game and been able to all play together we've always cleaned up.

I was just thinking the same thing, adding points in a two round match for the winner is like rewarding the luckier team, just because you happen to have more fbs in a tight game, does not mean it should not carry over to the next game. I think we should change it to best out of three or five.

This whole forum is about instigating conversation, pal. I started this thread so everyone would know about the 3 on 3 champs and your accomplishments and that you guys were actually willing to take on any challengers. From the response to this thread, it's obvious that it's struck a cord and has given you three mooks more exposure than you ever would have gotten otherwise. As others in this thread have said, I've been like your promoter (which wasn't my intention). As a matter of fact, I'd like to see the champs get humbled and go down in flames.

As for being a challenger myself, when the time comes and I feel that I am good enough to join a 3some that would give the champs a good game, then and only then will I throw my hat into the ring. In the mean time, I will enjoy all the challenges that I've helped you guys setup here.

Please be patient. Remember hanky and jangles are somewhat still retired. I see hanky 2 or 3 nights a week for a few games. I see jangles about 1 day per week for a few games. I am turning away from TT and especially away from scrum. I love TBM. I only scrum if its a team game and there are worthy opponents on.

Next week might be a possibility for a challenge date. J was busy this week. The later the better.

My two cents....

I hear about all this unbeatable crap from Wanksta Spanksta however I remember a couple of games from the other night.

The 2 on 2 Scrumathon starring Anon and 44 vs. Jangles and Wanksta Spanksta.

When the smoke cleared there was Wanksta with his tail between his legs blaming his humiliating defeats on poor Jangles.

44 and I beat the s*** out of those two and it was nowhere near close. Now Wanksta will say we had a 3 goal lead which is true because I was in by myself for a few minutes, however taking away the 3 goals we still won 10 to 4. Wanksta talked s*** about us not being able to win again.

Game 2 was even more demoralizing for the supposed champs. 44 and I opened up a can of whoop a** on those two.

Wanksta got all pissed off then and challenged me to one on one, but by then it was 4 am and the point had been made.

Fact is one on one is all about luck and spawns. Where team scrum is where skills are displayed, or in Wanksta Spanksta's case, not displayed.

The truth hurts, don't choke on it.

The other night I beat hanky and jangles in a 2-1 scrum by at least 43 points. Then I went 2-1 with Anon and 44 and beat them by 43 points as well.

seems like your victory over Hanky and Jangles from the other night is disputed... Jangy was drunk, or impostered, hanky joined late, or somethink like that (I don't have enough interest to read back to research, I just know that it is disputed who won and who was really playing).....

If you guys want to really play for bragging rights, play again, tourney style, clean, and maybe with a ref.

Bolo: I don't think the question is who the Champs are, that is undisputed. The battle seems to be between Hanky and Anon.
