I understand what you trying to get at but what is the core behind this whole game. Did you buy the game with the notion that you were not going to be strong-armed into something you didn't want to do? No, you probably bought the game because it looked like a lot of fun. Personally, I don't care if Paula Abdul is running the league. If there are teams, servers and everyone gets to play then I'll participate. Someone has to run the league. Last season was the first league I have been in and I inquired about all of this before I joined. Because none of the problems of last season could be proved, and it was counterproductive, I felt it would be better to just move on and experience it for myself. I don't want to go look for the actual quote right now but I believe I had stated to you that if I felt things were shady I would walk away at the end of the season and just play in pick up games.
I did play and we did well but had our asses handed to us in the semi finals. I was there we had no direction and played poorly. I did not see anything funky. That is why I decided to captain this year. Honestly I wanted you and thought we could do well. I though you were over this thing. I have no problems with Supra as league manager, Dash as a captain, Leop as a captain, or anyone else. I actually have no problems with anyone in the league.

This is easy to say out on the internet, but I do live this way daily.
I take no crap from anyone, I would even slap down my father (who I idolize by the way) if he wronged me. I am strong and independant. I believe you are the same. But I have seen nothing by Supra and Dash or Leopard. Maybe that's where we choose different forks in the road. I think they do a lot for the leage and game.

I want you to play and be a professional as well. This public display has not helped anything.
Please vent to me through e-mail. I hope this topic can be dropped now.

Again I have admiration for you, but I don't think this is good for the game, league, or younger folks in the TT community. I wish you could just kick ass and have fun. Forget the "people in power" "the man if you will. If you want to show them who's best just beat them, you have the ability. Back to the core reason of buying the game, didn't you buy it to have fun?

We need a screenie thread so that this one doesnt get bogged down...hmm, since im not doing anything right now...

Actually...both servers that were available to us were heavily modded including weapons and ufo capabilities. One even had a pretty cool flamethrower as a weapon option. Lag was the least of our concern. It was kind of inexplicable as we have not had server problems (outside of lag issues) in quite some time. Maybe we could get kbc, rx, and/or monkee to graciously provide the killing feilds for us.

@get some the server issue was my fault. I forgot to set them stock before launching them.
bad dash, bad. I'll make sure it's right next time.

The steel Dragons and BOP server had the same issues but we just decided to press on honoring each team would not cheat and use the codes. I don't believe the codes were used at all. SD had our own issues unrelated to the server. The games went fine, except fot the fact my team lost. Lol

No big deal dash, not worth cancelling the games in my opinion.

I've written an implementation of the observer script and it is in place on my CerebralApoptosis server.
To use it just join the server and type /obs to toggle in and out of observer mode.
