Its never too late! We havent even started the season, but you are correct in that you would be placed in the reserve pool. Once we see who needs an extra, you will likely get a team slot. Stay tuned...

Now I KNOW as part of your training they taught you how to lay down and die peacefully.. I mean why prolonge the the obvious.. Master Tao teaches to only fight a war you know you already have won.. That is why we are ready to go.. Lol

Great! Looking forward to the first game. The team captains should send out an e-mail as a reminder that it starts NEXT WEEK, as I've heard a few players saying it starts today.

I'm in the works of filling in my calendar with the league schedule. Seems I may have found a petite flaw on the 22th of February, where TDR is scheduled for two games at the same time. I understand if the schedule is still in mock up stage, but I thought I should tell ya anyways. :)

Mystery man is back!
The same night I recieved his resignation due to loss if internet connection he showed up at practice!
He will be making the heroic trek to a nearby Kinkos in order to be able to make games on Tuesdays for POC
This is getting a little weird.....

I believe that we will have an opening immediately. Eastern time is 5 hours behind GMT, so our 9:00 and 9:30 EST games are at 2:00 and 2:30 AM. I think.... (crossing fingers)

Well for starters Supra, you working to take the league away from the person who started it was pretty rude. Leopard worked really hard on this for 2 seasons and did a great job. You and a few others doing what you did last season was not fair to him and I was sticking up for my friend. You guys really made a mess of things last season and the only reason I agreed to take part in this season is because I was promised no shinanagins. I was happy to just play as a player, I'm not power hungry like you guys. You want to apologize you should apologize to Leopard. I'm done with all leagues. I didn't want to play this one in the first place.

I started in TBML at the end of last season. So I have no clue what you are talking about. I do want to thank you as a Moderator though for keeping your last comment clean though. I have no problem with people talking about whats gotten under their skin as long as it is done the right way. With that said, once again thank you for the clean comments above. B)

Yes I am aware that most people do not understand what happened last season. That is why I do not agree with the rules they have made that say only a few people around here are aloud to speak and the rest must shut up and be quiet. I will never give another grown man the power to tell me to shut up. That is one of the reasons certain people want to be in charge around here, so they can attack people without consiquence. Too much of what happened last season was censored. All I know about it is what I got from Leopard and unless he lied to me everything I have said is true.

TBML was started by Foulplay and some scrummers - not Lep. Lep and I joined in. In season one, Lep captained a team (Team Synaptic), while I became a captain on another team (Team Freudian). Last season, the Desert Rats had a tough season; lag was a problem, and they became increasingly disillusioned at losing, for whatever the reason. We all have a tough season - and they did. We have attempted to address the issues last season that Lep had.
In regarding friendship, Lep is one of the best friends I have in the game. We have voice chatted, played and had a great time for many seasons now. After the issues ending in season two with the two teams having difficulties, we did press for lep to rotate out of being league manager. He agreed without conflict. It was in his interest to remain out of the "fight" as musch as possible, as well as to preserve the league. Lep remains as a captain, has an equal vote with the rest of the captains, and a strong say in what happens in this league. We listen to him and want him involved. Many of his suggestions and ideas have been implemented. This notion that we have taken it from him is not accurate.
I'm not sure where your going with power hungry, but It had nothing to do with being power-hungry. What is there that is "power-hungry" in running a silly video-game league of tanks killing each other? Some of the things that happened at the end of season two and the beginning of season three precipitated in many players view, a tightening down. Just to be clear, foulplay managed season one, lep and lc50 season two, supra/dash season three, and we have a five captain system for season four. Until your initial post, I as well as others, had a sense of looser play this season (including lep), leaving the past actions of others behind. Im sorry this didnt work out for you. Your a good player, but I cant understand your hatred and comments you post. My apology to you remains sincere and direct - for whatever way I have wronged you - I'm sorry...

In response to your above comments, l am NOT in control of Lep telling me one thing, while telling you something else. I'm sure Lep was frustrated last season. He and I chatted many times directly about these things. They were honest discussions. The "censoring" as you call it, was my position against false accusations of cheating against another player. Calling someone a cheater behind their back is pretty silly. Spreading it around the league without proof is also silly. Many ACCUSATIONS were made against a player for cheating, which were proven to be false and impossible by Bravetree and other technical wizards. I really didnt do much to limit these comments. They were made. It was difficult to be sure; but just because one is losing does not mean a player is cheating. Does this mean that someone was cheating in all games in which TDR lost? The rules stated that Lep could have negotiated another server to play on, and that issues revolving around lag could be dealt with by the captains of both teams prior to the game. With that said, please crow, undertstand this, one side of a story does not make the whole story.... Here is the other side.

Hey I haven't talked to you for some time! I'm not even going to try to get in the middle of this. I thought after last season this was all over and we were going to just play.
I am disappointed that you're not playing. I believe your one of the top talents in TBM and I was hoping to see what you were going to bring to the table.
I have to admit, I was going to select you as my first round draft pick, but Leopard had already selected you.
I don't know what happened last year as you probably recall from my inquiries before the start of last season.
Crow, I admire your willingness to stand your ground and speak your mind about inequalities. I really do, I'm very similar to you in that way. I am however, disappointed that you have decided not to play in the league this season. I feel you bring a lot to the game. I enjoy going up against talent like you.
Maybe Ill see you in some pick-up games.
