Important: Please make sure you have the latest driver installed for you video card. 9 time out of 10, this is the reason for most problems. Also, please be sure to a) Read through existing threads to see if you problem has already been answered before, and b) Include as much information about your computer system as possible. This will help with any troubleshooting.
If you have modded the game, edited your prefs, or otherwise messed around with the game do not post here as Bravetree provide no support for this.
