Note : HB had 1 goal in Game 1. He dropped to check his ping rate and restart his TT session. The Sheep inadvertently scored 1 goal before the agreed upon start of the game which is why the screen shot has us with 8.

Game 2 :

Both games were close and hard fought. Looking forward to the rematch!

Bandits vs Cerebros Locos... Well first game, we could not stay alive. Got steam roll killed. We adjusted the second game to BM tactics. Top secret counter measures... Meh! Sure this isn't Bolo's team? Thanks for hanging out. My ISP had problems. The ISP gave me a call, very nice service. I got back online and was able to host the game late. Good games. Glad you're all patient. We got 56k modem Azazel to play. Needed him to make a 4x4 team. Woot to all!

WELL.... Here are the results of this weeks Fleas v.s Locos match. After two hard Hard HARD fought games of what I now dub "Survivor Scrum " (last man alive near the goal gets the goal) , Fleas came out on top in both games. Some of the best games I've played though and am not at all upset about loosing. 110% on both sides.

Both games were bit of a meat-grinder but I think we all had fun shooting and scrumming.

We experienced a bit of delay getting started as Tally had to take the time and explain to Dash how to play scrum. The rookie made a good showing though and should be quite a factor in future games if KJ/Dar can keep him from constantly going to the reload station.

Very intense 3 v 3 games tonight, both of which ended in a tie! This was the Corset's first game with new recruit Supra, who performed quite well. Lucky for us Az was limited to dialup speed! GG's all!

I don't have the screenies, but the sheep won both matches tonight against the corset. SC was valiant, as they were short a player. They did have a bot, who actually helped them, I think. 3 on 4 is tough though...

Game 1 was close through the first half. The Sheep managed to pull ahead 5 - 3 then scored two really quick goals (1 earned, 1 fb) to get some breathing room. Game 2 was tight the whole way with ties and lead changes. KentuckyKillBilly scored the winning goal with less than a second left! How you ask? "Location Location Location" to quote KKB XD

Tough, hard fought games. The Bandits came out with guns a blazin and never let up. The lead changed hands a few times but always in the Bandits favor when the clock was ticking. :(

What happened alien, everything kosher?

It's just that we all know how much luck can come into play during scrum games, well their entire team must have been rubbing rabbits feet during the entire game or something. It was completely unbelievable.

Sorry bout last night corset, didnt get home in time for the game last night. But woot to ya all for the win. Ill catch up with you all next week.

Excellent shootout with the Cerebros and Sheep. Very close and intense games. Cerebros take both!!! OMG!! Fun games that could have gone either way until the very end.

Thanks for the props man. When got that last email from Bolo I dumbed every thing so I was playing with the basics, which was my plan to begain with if I couldn't fix the problem I was having. I will always be there if you need me guys fully load or with nothing at all ! A Wolf never runs from a fight no matter what the numbers are lol ! B)

Note: If you look closely in the top right corner of the middle screenie, you'll see Rorshoq's treads, in mid-air, as he is about to score a final goal (offical clock must have had a couple tenths of a second left). Final score of Game 2 was 10 - 3, as shown in the screenie above.
EDIT: heh, just noticed Slugthog's name in the player list of Game2. He joined just as the game ended. His team was looking for a server to use. Good timing Sluggy.

The Sheep returned to form and repaid the Bandits for the sweep they handed us in Week 8 with a sweep of our own. The fighting was fierce but the Sheep controlled the goal line this week. I think the Bandits were getting my spawns. I didn't spend as much time trying to catch up to the action (in other words, driving across the map every few seconds) and noticed the Bandits were not grouped together as much as in Week 8.

Good games Bandits. Good season everyone! Looking forward to PS7!
