Something very annoying has happend to me this sunday morning.
Me and some other TT'ers were just playing in Mad Bots, and we were kicking some major booty, and all of a sudden wOOt comes out of nowhere and start saying "Leave this server now and correct your ping or I will kick you from MadBots server" (im guessing he was mad his team was losing) he said this about 4 times and then I decided to put him on ignore.
I checked my ping and I had no idea how to change it, and I had no other programs running.
And every time I tried to re-join he would kick me out again!
I think some people are not fit for the duty of admin over our servers.
Please do something about this because mad bots is one of my favorite TS servers.

@ Pedro (ST) I don't think host, or admins should be like that, but the point here is almost all the members of the ACA host their own mods, and players like Apollo think they should have the right to make police in our mods. And frankly thats not going to happen, control of our Admins is up to us not the players, I don't know about other host but I trust the group of admins I have. They have the same Admin powers I have. And I have never had a problem with any of them. We all share the same views on how the server should be run. And I read my chat logs every day to make sure everything is on the up and up. I have the best Admins in the game and I think anyone that plays on my mods would agree with that. Well except for maybe the ones that have been banned lol. And remember host are Admins too. Admins that can't kick or ban players will be walked all over by the players. What good is a admin if he can't enforce the rules of the server?

@Apollo, you weren't in any Shockwave servers.

@Repent: True, but Hosts Can be like that... Its thier server they can do whatever they like, but most dont. They stick to thier rules like everyone else should.

Lol.. Apollo this is not your post what gives you the right to ask for it to be locked? I don't play on SW servers anymore thats where all the jerks are. ;)

Incidentally....there are plenty of ways to solve lag issues.....sometimes, simply quitting a server and re-joining will do the trick.

I can't believe this crud. Roo, KC, Repent, Napalm, and all those guys do a great service to all of us by hosting their servers. You guys rock, no kidding. Thanks.

Then you get this crap from a bunch of immature twerps. They don't like how things are in other people's servers, so they come on PTT and post these whiney threads. Get over yourselves. You don't own the world, and nobody owes you anything.

It is only by the good graces of the hosts that these servers exist. They spend their time and resources to make a place we can enjoy, and you twerps have to gripe and moan when something doesn't go your way. If you have a tech problem, fix it. If you just think that you are being mistreated, then go somewhere else. If you are a jerk and get banned, that's your problem. You earned it in that case.

I spend an average of 90 minutes per day playing - modding - or participating in this community
Don't waste time watching trashy TV or gossiping about my neighbors or friends
Have raised 3 sons. Have two precious grandkids - my gd is 11 y/o and mods most excellantly
My gs (6) plays as a heavy. I read books - workout - and kiss my adorable wife every morning
(and pinch her every night)
I have a firm sense of my place in this world - am a good friend - father - person
So to be really mature here and for the record to all the flamers that are or ever will be

No, Admins are there for stuations like your currently creating.
If a player comes in a disrupts games that were previously good-flowing and enjoyable, They'll get the bootie!

Again, here you have no clue what your talking about. KC is in my server more than any other server. He had FULL admin privies as well. He also has my full support to do what he needs to do to keep my server clean and free of trashy players.

Actually you were banned for you vulgar use of language. It's stuff like this that will keep you om the outside of this game and this community.

BTW: I was unable to get information about the previous incident because no chat logger was functioning. I am working with the owner to fix this in case of a future incident.
