Heavys are the slow but powerful tanks they make up for the speed with firepower

1. 2-3 lights can tank a heavy easily
2.circle the heavy with a group so ur harder it hit
3.remember they are big targets so u can sniper them from far
4. Heavys when rammed go flying so u can ram them of the world and into fog if u are lucky
5.use your speed to avoid the heavies fire

If you ram a heavy hard enough its easier to kill them because they dont have a chance to shoot back at you for at least a few seconds

Ti The Boss, just proved to us hes never fought a real heavy before. (like my self) you could easily get shoot down going straight into a heavy doing something crazy like that.

My advise on killing heavies is that you come in from behind. And, when they try to face you, you just use your speed to stay behind him, shooting the whole time.

Yes, I know. I used to use the heavy a lot. I didnt say you could do that 4 very long. ;)

Heavys can turn preaty fast but move slow. That makes it a decent sniper. Therin's advice with staying behind them is what I use but I think 1 light tank should be bait and when the heavy takes the bait, thats when 2 other light tanks atack from behind while the bait moves fast to dodge the bullets. I remember I used that on you before Player. XD ;)

Good Lord, If you watch some of the best lightys, they can take out a heavy by themselves. They don't need any gangs of 2 or 3 others to help. Yea, I hate to see Supratank, cause I know I will be fighting just to stay alive if I am lucky. There are quite a few other accomplished lights that are quite capable like Wiz, CB, Bolo, Jangles, Cadc, Tankor, Lonewolf, ROGUE, etc. There are plenty that I can't remember at the moment.

Watch the experienced TTer's and see how they do it.Practice. And it always helps to get a new dual cpu computer with 4 graphics cards and a OC192 connection.

If you come up behind a heavy you can let a couple rounds rip across their back before they turn around :) :P :o B)

I, as a Heavy, can surely say that Heavies have just two weaknesses - they are easier to camp and they dont feel well in a mob. In one-on-one maneurable combat I dont know how Light or Medium can kill Heavy B) except the ones like CB(UF) and other best of tanks. Best way to take on heavy is another Heavy - their close combat is very fast and surely ends by death of one of them, per they go heading each other or trying to escape with their speed :P.
Knowing our weakness, we sometimes forget about it, for example when fighting bots, and get in mob. About ramming - if you really got so close to a Heavy, he, if clever enough, can also go forward and ram you - and Lightys are so easy to shoot at when rammed B). Trying to be behind is also not very useful - a real Heavy knows how to use radar :P
