Make sure that you don't just copy it, but use it as an example and built your own..

If you are new I would say VERY NICE WORK. This is better than some people's armys. Some people's army's are riducolous. :)

Good post, but if you don't mind me commenting on the banner... It could be minimized just a tad bit. Looks good, and fits the name. Just my 2 cents.
I do not currently have a website, if someone could teach me how to make a website OR make a website for this army, it would be greatly appreciated.
I am young, (though I wont state my age) so dont expect too much of me, this is a NEW army and I have NO experiance in managing an army, so again dont expect too much of me.

I doubt any of us care about one's age here. Although it might be a reason why so many spammers are showing up now. Frankly, as long as this army doesn't get stomped on and die, you could be 7 and still have a good enough army (with help from others of course).

Where the whole clan comes into a closed server and can either:
A. Discuss army issues
B. Play scrum/Battlemode/Team S or BM
Hmmm guess you missed the part where I listed practice times for every day of the week....or maybe you meant a lot of practices ARE there?

I am wondering, do more people ask players if they want to join, or wait for the players to request a join? Also about how long does it take for you to get members, so I know wether or not the army will get any players. I am just trying to get average estimates for average armies, would somebody please tell me?

How long will it take for you to find members? Well that depends on how dedicated you are and you must have good charisma to convince the others. It aint like when you start an army it will get members by itself. I used to have a thread explaining how I used to recruit.
Let me dig it up for you.

You ll have to go and ask them yourself, and when they ask to join you must consider them very carefully!

Nah I meant what I said but you know... You should arrange a practice session where a lot of people are actually going to make it so that you don't waste their time. If a only 2-3 people go, its basically a waste of time because they can be on another server getting better in scrum, bm, or whatever. -Just an advice, heh

Your sig is a bit too violent. I don't mind if people camp as long as they dont just run off to the goal every time and ignore the scrum completely until it comes to them. If you are a good player you can deal with campers easily.

HELLO and welcome to the WW thread, this acronym stands for World Warriors, and requirments to join, rules, members, and others will be listed below.

Leader: mr slivoski.
ranks/classes
Leader: can deal out any and all punishments, give commands to all during war, recruit new people, close the army, propose war, accept war, any action of his can be vetoed by a majority vote from the army.
2nd in command: can deal out minor punishments, and recruit new members.
War chief: gives commands to grunts and knights during battle and alerts the leader of proposed war.
Knight: advanced warrior, can give commands to grunts.
Grunts: basic warriors.
Scrummander: gives orders to scrum soldiers during scrum wars.
Scrum soldiers: the basic scrum player.

Soapscrum, for being an all around jerk
Chong, for beeing a jerkwad to me and all my friends, got banned from ptt, silenced, and being an all around jerk.

Wedensday, 6pm
Saturday, 5pm
Sunday, 5pm
You MUST attend all practices, unless somthing comes like, a wedding, a date, or your house being bombed.
(please co-ordinate your time-zone with mine so we dont get mixed up about times)

rules and punishments
Bming in scrum is prohibited, if you are caught doing this 1 week kick.
Wallriding is discouraged, however there is no punishment for this.
Camping is prohibited, if you are caught doing this 1 week kick.
Please be kind to all other members of TT, if you are caught yelling or cursing at another player 2 week kick.
Absolutely NO demo predijuice, they are members of TT just as much as we are.
Not following rules put down by a server host will result in 3 week kick.
Abusing any kind of power you may recieve will result in 3 week kick.
If you do somthing to get yourself banned from a server you will be kicked out for 4 weeks.
If you dont log onto PTT or TT for 15 days you shall be kicked from the army for life, please alert the leader(me) of any reason you will not be able to log on.
You may be in two other armies, as long as they are not enemy armies.
If you are caught spying on this army you shall be banned for life.
Disobeying any of these rules frequently will result in ban for life.
requirments to join
You must not be a demo, demos are not allowed to join team battles.
You must have an account on PTT and TT.
You must have 2 months experiance of playing TT.
To be war chief, you must have great fighting abilities, you must have good strategy and typing abilities, to give out good commands fast during war.
To be knight you must have great fighting abilities.
To be grunt you must have mediocre fighting abilites.
To be a scrummander you must have very good scrum skillz, good ability to type while moving tank, and have good scrum strategies.
To be scrum soldier you must have good scrum skillz.
To be 2nd in command you must have good judment skills, mediocre fighting abilities, and wanted is a year-round ability to play.
You must be ready to accept that you have superiors, and must be ready to accept commands from them.
Wanted is skinning and modding experiance, however this is NOT a requirment.
