Here's where we are on the draft:

I propose:

A double elim tournament to be played in Clown Alley. (single elim if there are more than six team{yah right])

Each team will be comprised of four players. Each team will have a heavy, a medium and a light. The fourth tank may be any of the three. Unless I get around to modifying the UFO before the match begins, in which case the fourth will be a UFO.

Matches will be either 3 v 3 or 4 v 4 by agreement of both teams. There may be a Red team observer present at a match.

Matches will be five games, one on each of the Clown Alley maps. Clown Alley games are short, only eight minutes, so a match will run only forty minutes.

Scoring will be match play as in Psycho.

All the Clown Alley tank modifications and scripts will be in effect.

OutOfBounds Rev 3 will be in effect.

The matches will be played once weekly on a day to be selected at some future date. ReagantX has agreed to help serve so at least two matches will be played on each occasion.

Each member of the winning team receive an official "I survived Da Slough of Despond" banner that can be printed and mounted as a bumper sticker on an automobile, truck or personal hovercraft.

I/We will put up Clown Alley for a couple of hours at least thrice weekly for several weeks prior to the tournament for people to practice and discover the peculiarities of Clown Alley tanks(and there are many).
