Good or bad? Does this have anything to do with the Medium tank's stats being so poor that they have to do it?

Camping is ok........as long as you mix it with the Chase. Especially in TS when it is an essential part of playing. The diving however is the fact that they feel cornered and can't get away. But diving on Poorbabies part is intentionally meant to ruin the game. B) XD ;)

Demos can get a light or heavy tank if they want there is a glitch that allows demos to transform if they want to

I barely ever cliff dive now a days, only do it when I'm either pushed or I don't see the edge. It used to be fun to cliff hang, but then I figured out that people knew about it and they could kill me while I was there, which was even worse. (Because then the scrum would have fallen down the cliff, transported somewhere else, and with my luck, it wouldn't be near me ;)) Nowadays I resort to getting on a high hill and flying off, and attacking the scrum out of nowhere. If it's really big I may shout cowabunga :P (jk).

Otherwise, I don't think it's such a big issue. It may be a nasty way of playing but hey, I doubt it would ruin your stats.
