Maybe I press too hard in an effort to go faster in my tank, but my up arrow key has bit the dust again! I have been using Apple standard USB keyboard (wired), but have found that they only last 3 or 4 months of TT use and abuse.

Anyone have better luck with other brands of keyboards? Especially one that's cheaper? These cost around $50.00.

Maybe we should set up a keyboard exchange for people who trash different keys. I have several that are just fine (except for a trashed up-arrow key)!

Go faster! Press harder!! Onward!!!

WAZZZZUUUPPPP!
Hey RX might I suggest you give the Nostromo N52 another chance actually I am the one who turned TG on to it.
I too had the same problem you had with the keys sticking but after returning two back to the store, I decided to remove every key from the Nostromo N52, turn them upside down and spray them with silicon lubricant purchased from Home Depot.
Once I got used to the Nostromo N52 I was never able to go back to a keyboard.
I recieved mine for X-mas last year it is now about to turn 1 year old and I'm thinking of throwing it a Birthday party ;)
Just kidding... Give it a chance you won't be dissapointed.

Wooot! I just got my Speedpad N52 (Nostromo) today! Woohoo! :P

Unfortunately, I'm so dang busy for the next week, I'm not going to have a chance to even give it a try until my schedule clears up. :'(

Oh well, at least it finally arrived.
B, you get yours yet?

Hehe. And was he all over the map? :) I'm sure it takes a few days to get used to.

I'm also going to try this with my FPS games, when I get the chance to that is.

Did you lubricate the keys on the Nostromo N52?
Bolo?
Try WD 40
If you don't they will end up getting stuck.
Sooner or Later

Keys seem fine now other than the fact that u have to bush them ALL the way down for them to work....gets annoying when I release just slightly while driving and slow down

Vash, before getting the Nostromo for games, I've used, and continue to use, a basic Logitech wheelmouse optical. Find it here:

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2142,CONTENTID=5928

These are inexpensive and reliable. Can be found for $25 or less. It plays well in TT, in terms of response times, etc.

I also have the wireless Logitech MX1000 , which I admit I'm still getting accustomed to.
