DO NOT POST IN HERE EXCEPT FOR MATCH RESULTS - Use a different thread.

This is so as not to waste your time filtering through the unimportant posts, and my time trying to keep it clean and organised.

(Those shown with a ? Show those who will progress if rematches are not played where the teams deem them necessary)

Tournament Rules:

The above matches must be played within the week as detailed. The exact time and date of the matches needs to be organised between the two teams involved in each of the matches. In the event that the match isnt played within the week, then the team deemed to have made the most effort at getting the match played will automatically go forward, and the members of the other team face the possiblity of not being allowed to compete in future CTF Tournaments.

There will be a server up at all times for these matches and the password will be changed each week and mailed to the team captains to give to their team members.

Each match consists of two games and after the first game, the teams swap colours to ensure that it is truly fair.

Matches are decided by the totalled team scores of both matches (ie total goals scored). In the event of a tie, then the players individual scores will be totalled up and the highest score from both matches is the winner. If that is still tied, then a rematch is required.

Each round is played on a specific map (as detailed above) The first round matches are all on Cranium Crater (lush). The semi finals on Greymatter Gorge (Spooky) and the Finals take place in the Frantic Zone on Neurotic Nexus.

The week one matches (although shown as between 2nd May and the 8th May, may actually commence from tonight until the 8th. If all matches are completed before the 8th, then the second round can start earlier. Thus, the competition may be over a lot quicker than I have allowed for - in which case the next competition can start that much earlier too..

I will be emailing out the password for round 1 shortly.

I know I have missed out the (UF)'s and stuff from the image above, but lets face it, we all know who it refers to, and I have only done it for the sake of simplicity in updating it.

Lastly.. And perhaps most importantly... Good luck all, and may the best team prevail. (who ever they are).

As the matches all happen on a PTT server, they will all appear in the Recent results section of the site. When posting your results to this thread, please include a link to the details of the two games in question so that they can be verified.

I'll be the first to post.... CRUSH vs. Future Primitive (what's left...)

A no show from Lauryn and -V- so I had to fly solo. We played one round, ofcourse they won… 18 - 0. It was still fun, and I think I'll be bringing alot more to any future games I play after trying to hold my own against all three of em.

I'll be routin' for ya'll next round.

@ MOE,

I used to have respect for you, however now, I think that you are no better than the scum.

Firstly, a day prior to our match, -z- was not even sure that our team was playing

Secondly, I received an e-mail from -v- indicating that he had received notice from LilAlienD, that the game had been called off as a result.

So now you know why I didn't turn up. I was in TT at that time playing under an alias. I took time off work to play the scheduled game. See MOE, 7 pm US EST is 9 am EST (Australia) - which means that I have work to go to. As I said, I did get time off work, however I was pissed off that I was told that the game had been called off. I play the Team BattleMode League, and to date I have never missed a game of the season. I always honour my commitments, and I expected better from you MOE, rather than jumping the gun.

This is the second time you have come out accussing me without getting the facts right. MOE before you come out guns blazing, make sure that you know what you are talking about.

Well that's a load of bull. I sent an email to both You AND -v- on sunday telling you that there isn't going to be a rematch between us and Kimmy. Then said that the game is on for Us vs. Crush. I suggested we should get practices in and all. Then I hadn't heard back from either of you thru email OR on the board. I never told either of you we're not playing. If you thought I did with -v- then you should have contacted me to confirm, you had this entire week to. We also posted just about every day in the thread that we're still playing, and I know you were reading cause you took the quote from -z-.

WIth that, I second MOE's comment.

We decided last week on Thursday's game WE DID--YOU & ME...have you been reading the post's???? You quoted them so I would asume you have been. Very clear that the game was going to happen on Thursday, VERY clear, you never posted anything, no questions, no comments, did'nt answer your captains e-mails, nothing. I can only go on your captains words as to what happened as this is the only info I have. First I heard that you were contacted & told the game was off, thats why I posted almost every day to keep everyone informed of the progress of the match..let me quote your last post...

I never said that I didn't get your email regarding the training and so forth, however -z-'s quote was the day we were scheduled to play the game. Like I said and I quote, as per email sent to me via -v-

As I said before this information I received from -v- so if its not right, then don't shoot the messenger, talk to -v-.

This week has been rather busy for me, however whislt I never got a chance to reply to your email I was reading the forums to keep up to date with the latest news.

I know when the game was on MOE, as I scheduled time off to play the game. Hours before the match I received this email, and after the fuss with the first game, it didn't surprise me when it was cancelled.

Your argument is full of holes:

1) If you were online, we were all 4 PLAINLY visible in the server for over an HOUR. Also, posts have been on this board, which you admitted you checked, for more than a DAY before the match.

2) Also, you have 3 or 4 email addresses which are on this board. Are you saying that the email gods decided to deliver lilalien's email to -v- but not you?

I'm not going past that - what is above tells enough of the story.

To start trying to character assasinate Moe is BULLSHIT though - you want to be treated with respect, then you can start by admitting when YOU MAKE A MISTAKE and own responsibility.
