Use the utility called "Grab" (Applications -> Utilities). From the Capture menu, choose your option (probably either Window or Selection), and then just click where you want to "photograph" (unless you chose Selection, in which case you drag a box around what you want to grab).

Let me know if you can't figure it out.

But how does that make a screen shot on tt?

You have to have TT open, then in obs mode, frame the shot you want, then go to Grab, choose Capture-> Window, click Choose Window, and then click on the TT window. After that, you just save the image.

How do you get in obs mode?

What exactly are you trying to take a screen shot of? If its a mod and you have the right code, you just type /obs.

While in game hit control P and it will take a game screen shot. The screenie should be in game/resources I beleive.

If the observer is NOT turned off on the server you would type in /obs and you'll be observer.

If not you would have to be admin in order to go observer.
