Shasta, that more than likely won't happen since nobody has heard of you. We frown on the use of aliases in the league. We all go by our original names during matches. Also, the new player list is low and existing teams need to fill roster spots, thus making it unlikely a new team will be needed. Also, we have 6 teams and we'd need two new teams to meet your wish. An odd number of teams simply won't work.

Dammit...now bolo?!?! Guys he is a well respected vet who always plays with intensity and integrity. Please stop this bull before anyone else goes! 8(

So, since Crow's obsession for me wont fade and the league manager seems to ignore his posts (meaning that at best he doesn't care, at worst he approves), the only way to stop this BS is to grant Crow his wish.

Crow, personnally I think you're good to be locked up in a mental institution. Rarely have I seen such erratic and delusional behavior.

I have no intention on making my own league. I see you're trying to shift the responsability for making a circus out of this league upon others. The players can decide for themselves who's to blame. I have never pressured anyone to leave the league regardless of my playing or not in it. You on the contrary did a good job at discouraging many.

I don't really know if I really cheat because I did give the Rats a good ass kicking in the Indy BM League._{(Nothing against them just saying because you think the rats are the best team)} I also got a accused of cheating when I won. Bolo, if we specifically banned anyone in particular, they would probably just make up aliases, get new emails, and infiltrate the league anyway. :S

If people are petty enough to carry on this BS for months and months and harbor so much animosity that it screws up the next league from the start, then obviously we are dealing with world-class immaturity. Even if they don't do something like that, I fear that any slightly new person will be accused of being one of the banned at some point and then we end up at Ground Zero Part 2. TT as it stands is not safe for organized play in the midst of the immature and/or vengeful... Maybe I don't know all of the fancy things that have been accomplished with verifying IP addresses and such though, I don't know. (Why Scrum League is blessed without having this problem is beyond me)

If someone has the bag of fancy tricks that will idiot-proof this league, now is the time to start the show. Otherwise I fear that this cancer will eat TBML 3 before it has a chance to get off the ground. I don't have the time for the drama anymore, I just want a fun league. I don't want to waste time again explaining to my team and 98% of the decent, fun-loving league members why the league is a total wash because we are powerless in the midst of the 1-2% of the players hell-bent on stoking their tempers and/or intentionally destroying the league. I'm not going to encourage the rest of my team to participate if this thing is bound to blow up again.

Dash created a script with the help of a select few which can track IP addresses, and can thus verify, every apple that will be playing TBM 3. This screening system can effectively ban any unwanted worms from TBM 3. The interesting question is whether you have to carry such drastic measures for a group of adults in order to start TBM 3 in the right note, and finish it in the right note...

AS I HAVE MENTIONED BEFORE, I think that captains should look at their teams, and ask them whether they actually want to be a part of this season, furthermore, captains should start to show leadership by controlling their soldiers!!!!

I have to admit I've been kind of facinated with this game but have maintained a little bit distant since purchaseing the game.
I've been mildly communicating with several players during some late night play and thought " These guys seem to be a bunch of good guys, maybe I sould get more involved."

Then I started reading the forums: HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!

I'm not so sure anymore---- I just want to play the game.......

I agree, if there are a few players that can't get along just rid TT society of these few and proceed to have an enjoyable league. I'm sure the payoff of having a good league would be worth the effort.
Some people live for disrupting proceedures because they either need the attention or they just simply thrive on ruining things for other people. It appears to me that the majority of the perticipants don't want this element. Ban the people creating the probelm and don't allow them in.
BE CAUTIOUS as people like myself who are "unknown" and want to get more einvolved, may be discouraged in moving forward with that idea. It's really a shame that there's this much negative energy around a community that is supposed to be promoting FUN!! It's a game..... Even taking a game seriously it should be challenging and FUN!!!

A quick thought.

There are too many players needed by the existing teams to keep them as they are. Although, I like playing with my team I feel the only way for this league to work is to have a completely new draft. I think only two teams currently have full rosters, which means parity in the league will not exist.

Verification:

Imps need 3-4 tanks.
Zombs need 3-4 tanks.
Devils need 5!
Desps I think need 5 also.
Rats are full.
Slicerz I think are full but I personally have not seen a lot of their members in recent months.

That's at worst 18 new players needed and at best 14. We have roughly 10 new guys entering the league. Plus, we all know too well that some players are frequent no-shows.

In short, the only way I feel we can commence is to start over. I think that mixing everyone up again will also help end the tensions between some of our members by creating new and friendly alliances.

P.S. I'm going off of what I have heard and not the initial post in this thread when it comes to team members. I'm positive that the list is not current.

At any time a simple statement, "I don't care who started it, the next person who throws a rock is getting the boot.", would have fixed this.
