What up all?

For those of you that know me, you know I'm fair AND hot-headed. Um..., ok VERY hot-headed XD

For those of you that don't, I'm one of the vice presidents of UF and have been playing this game for over a year. I believe in fair play. I always choose the underdogs side when joining a game. Back in the day, you showed honesty and respect for fellow players and, in return, those players show respect to you. People were more interested in having fair games then they were about points or staying together.

Today, I joined a game with an alias where 4 veteran players wanted to stay together. Instead of evening out the teams to have a good game, they tried to get every player who join to go to the other team. Instead of having a good game, they wanted to beat up on 6 other players.

The problem with this game is respect. These 4 veterans wanted to beat up on people. That's not the way it used to be. That's not the way I learned to play. So my theory is as follows:

The veterans, as a whole, have stopped caring.

The veterans used to teach the younger players NOT ONLY how to play better, but how to be better sportsman. Obviously that no longer takes place. For those of you on that server tonight, I'm sure there are some great games being played on the demo servers, please just stay away from CTF.

Good points RX, but I'm still gonna curse your mother and goof on your extremely large and melon shaped cranium.

Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to be on my toes.

Invite a retard to a picnic and you'd better expect to get drool in the potato salad.

Since tally wanted this to continue...

I was playing indie scrum with Tally and was staying ahead and evidently got on Tallys nerves so he tells JFDNY to BM me for the rest of the game. I usually don't even play with JFDNY and it showed very poor sportsmanship on Tallys part. (I was having a good day and won by two) - Come on veterans, us "noobs" hold you to a higher standard. "Tanty Ho" was appropriate that day.

I'm a fairness maniac.
When I join I usually pick a color based on my assessment of the players' value and how I will contribute to balance / unbalance.

An 'auto-sit' feature would be cool.

There are those like tally, rx, PREY, and hugo who absolutely enjoy me shooting the hell out of them. Those guys always choose to go against me and usually create unbalanced teams.

BoloBrain = The Dark Side of the Force. I take opposite team cause together we're invincible, Bo XD

Its weird some games are really even others terribly unbalanced. I think alot has to do with lag, scripts, computer where they live and who is teamed together some times I think a team is going to be out scored when really when I check in they are in the lead. I enjoy shooting the heck out of Hugo, Hanky, Reg, Majo Bolo Lone, especially sluggy and etc etc or any one else of the opposite team. The scrum should always be mine and only mine "MUWHAAAAA". My fav game is time is about out, its tied and someone needs to score for the win. The games that suck are scores of 20 to 5 and everyone is mad at each other. If a team whats me to switch I will. Anyone what a box of chocolates?

As for myself, I'd rather be one of the bettter
players on a bad team then the worst player
on a good team

I'd rather be the worst player on a bad team than a humilitaingly rubbish player on a good team! Just my opinion. Although I normally hang around with the stronger team. If I'm demanded to switch, I will!

I need to pull out from the archivesmy essay on 'The Zone'. Hard to tell which team will win. Couple nights ago 2 games were played with the same players (5x5), 1st one went 15-5, 2nd went 8-14. When the foe leads by 5+ points, it's hard not to hate your teammate XD I just blame others

Mmm, The Zone. Fear the zone. Let's see it, braino, I'll get the Endust.
