I have no clue what happened, but the Fleas just clicked tonight. About halfway through the first game and it just all came together.

Kudos to the Village People for some well-fought games. Just remember you'll get your chance at revenge in the second half of the season when we come visit your crib. ;)

People v. Wolf-Some lagarefic games!!!

Game One

Game Two-People played the last part of the game with only 2 people.

Week 9 - Black Sheep vs Village People

Game 1 : 10 - 6 Black Sheep
Game 2 : 11 - 5 Black Sheep

Take out all the FBs that bounced the Sheeps way and this would have been a tight match. Hugobaaarain played through the pain from his toothache in Game 1 before being relieved by Poison Shear for Game 2. Corey fought through the pain of lag to get a few points for the VP while helping Supra clear me from the goal.

Not as fun w/ FBs being so one sided but the Village People didn't complain and stayed focused on the game.

Week 10 - Scrum Society vs Black Sheep

Game 1 : 14 - 10 Scrum Society
Game 2 : 12 - 9 Scrum Society

Tough games. The Sheep were outshot tonight. Society started off each game with the early FB and never looked back. We made a run at them both games but couldn't quite catch up. I was just too busy shooting and dying to remember many details.

Week 11 - Black Sheep vs. Cerebros Locos

Game 1 : 13 - 8 Black Sheep
Game 2 : 14 - 11 Black Sheep

Phew! A tough couple of games. The map was strewn with burned out tanks. Locos had the early lead in Game 1 and were leaving dead Sheep all over the map. The goals were slow in coming the first part of the game. We managed to tie it up at 4 and the scoring seemed to pick up for both teams. It was a close game the rest of the way. I don't think either team had more than a 2 goal lead until the closing minutes when the Sheep pulled away. Game 2 was just as intense. The Locos got the early lead again but we stayed within a goal or two. Once again, it was a close game with no big leads. The Sheep managed to eke out a small lead in the last couple minutes to claim the win.

Hate to admit, but I gained a little respect for bolo. He never once gave up.

Society v. Peeps scores?

Sorry about the late post. Had a huge voice conference last night hosted by Mystery Man.
Nuts, Maverick, Dr. Sawbones, JC, Master TMO, Bolo, and myself, all playing some good scrum games and BS'n all throughout.

Scrum Society had no server to join up until game start. Sitting in our own server wondering what was going on with the absence of a league server. I decided to toss up a server to see if anyone was waiting from the other team as we were. Wiz and Corey both entered immediately.
It was apparent that the other team would not be able to field a full roster. I offered to wait until 10:30 EST before we start the game to see if they could locate a couple of players. Not too long after that, the 30 second timer started counting down. VP said they were "game on" as I accepted the game. We played the first game, results shown below.

After the first game it was obvious that we should just mix up the teams and play for fun.
VP did not play a second game throwing in the towel.
I believe Supra was again having computer problems, and Wiz did lag out somewhere in game 1.

Yes, that was a strange night. I was just about to finish my 15th click on the 'Refresh' button, when I finally saw a game server showing up like a miracle. XD

Game 1: YIPE! We missed losing by an inch and a half...

Game 2: Went much better for us. Don't know if our coordination was better, or if we were just luckier.

GREAT games! Lots of blood and thunder. Well, oil and explosions...

I couldnt Believe it, I had the Scrum and was driving Straight into the Goal, I was Literally 3 milimeters away! And the timer decides to Quit in the first game ! Wonder if it was Broken? XD

Wolfpack vs Black Sheep

Game 1 : 8 - 8 TIE (3rd game in a row!!!)
Game 2 : 11 - 7 Wolfpack

First game was a tight battle just like the two games in our first meeting of the year. Second game started out all Wolfpack. Not sure what was different but they seemed to be in the right spot at the right time. They were up 8 - 1 before the Sheep started to rally. Unfortunately, we ran out of time.
