Yes you can, here is a thread on colors, in the mission file just add any of these to the fog color.

Open up your mission file and find where it says Fog color, just copy and past the new numbers for the new color you choose to use into the same spot, make sure to leave the " before and after the new numbers.
In the mis file below you can see the fog color is
fogColor = "0.23136849999999998 0.49803049999999993 0.9999824999999999";

So now go to that link I gave you in the upper post and copy a new color number. Say like you want pink as the new color, you will make it read like this.
fogColor = "9782.149677 638.9782 638.9782 638.9782";

The stuff you see up there is from a mission file in the missions folder (game /data/missions) in your think tanks folder.
To open a missions folder I use a program called Tribal IDE. It is alot easier to see whats what in the missions.
If you want that program it is free and can be downloaded very fast and easy. .
Go here and download the program called Tribal IDE. Save it to your desk top.
After the download click on the installer and install it.
Then in your think tank files, (The one you want to open) Right click on the file and go to open with, then choose program
when the box comes up find the browse button and go to the tribal program and highlight it.Make sure you put a check mark in the box that says always use this program to open.Then click ok.
Now you should be able to open the files in think tanks without having to do these steps again.
