Usually, if your server doesn't show up due to having a 'firewall' set up to keep hackers out of your computer. You will have to ask your Dad if you have one, and if you do, have him set it up.
If you have a hardware firewall (these are usuall built into routers), he will have to set up 'port forwarding' for port 28000
If you have a software firewall such as ZoneAlarm or the one built into WindowsXP, he will have set it to allow access to port 28000.

Whenever I put a serve or a MOD up people cant see it on the the place where you chose the level,there for no one can get in
(P.S also see LOADING A MOD)
