If you saved it in the home file "file:/home/racer445" open a terminal. Type sh <filename> hit enter. In the terminal to save time and make sure that you type the filename correctly you can start spelling the filename then hit the Tab key. Like " sh Thi<Tab>" then just hit enter.
Any questions IM me at nutstt on Yahoo or call me on skype at nutstt. I am currently trying to install kubuntu so I should be around.
Well I hope installing the graphics driver helped take care of the sluggy TT.
Hmmm seems I could use a little help myself. I just installed kubuntu (yes, still in it development stages). Here is the prob. It is looking at my intel motherboard sound card. I want it to look at my sounblaster card. It has the intel sound card as 0 and the sounblaster as 1. TT (and others) look at the 0 sound card. I have plugged earphones into the motherboard and can hear TT, so sound works. I just need to change the sound cards settings or if someone knows a way to change it in TT? Any ideas IM or call me on skype, dashy or Inf Monkey let me know if you any ideas.
NUTS!
Yes this should be moved to the tech. Support forum.
Try disabling the motherboard sound in the BIOS. That should stop ALSA from using it. I'm assuming, of course, that you're not trying to use both sound systems at once.
If that doesn't work and you have a little time, go to www.opensound.com and download the full version of OSS. It may let you configure things that ALSA won't. It's a commercial product, but it's free for personal use (you just have to reinstall every couple of months). I use it with my Audigy2 and find that the sound quality is better for music than what I get from ALSA.
Sorry, that's about the only answer I have.

Hey folks,
I can't seem to figure out how to install TT on my Linux HDD, I'm fairly new to Linux, so I have pretty much no clue on how to install it. I click on the TT installer.sh.bin file and open it. Nothing. Any help? I cant live without TT!
