I m not using photoshop, but if you look arround in it you might be able to find it. I had to figure out GIMP for myself..
Why don't you try? Asking is easier?

What version of photoshop are you using?
Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.
Go to the top to "Image" go to "Resize" make sure restaining isnt on and put in 512 and 512 make sure its pixels ;)

I know how to skin but in photoshop how do u resize this. 525 x 512 to 512 x 512.
