Im new to thinktanks and everything related to it, but catching onto the gameplay and such. However im confused on the utilities and other stuff, and I dunno how to set it up so it works when playing the game.

If you could tell me how to set it up and give me steps or something, that would be great. And I numbered it so you can post the number of the download(s) you would recommend. Thx
