I have recently gotten into making claymations and have made a few fun first-time movies (illiteration :) )
They are about a group of clay people that get sucked into the nightmarish world of Warhammer 40,000 and the 41st millenia and are ambushed by some of the armies. (if you don't know what Warhammer 40,000 is, you're missing out!
They should be on Flashplayer.com soon.

Man, are you kidding me? I'm a huge Knox fanboy!
What do you mean as graphic? Like do I use as much blood and stuff? No, I don't. I won't have a personal website, but I might get a section on my dad's website. I use iStopMotion (an uber Mac program) for the claymations. It works a hundred times better than Flash. Trust me.

^Yea I believa ya'! Im gettin IStop-Motion pro for my B-Day :)

I meant I used flash for cartoons.

Yes, im ubsesed with knox XD Have you seen, -er heard the knoxs cast with Jason Steele, and Knox? Its a whole half hour of 'em talkin about random stuff!

Mac is the best...

My cussin is a movie maker type guy type thing...He uses all these weird programs

What editing program do you use? I use I-Movie-HD, and I DVD, im ubsesed with making movies XD

Well, I would like to see how you did on your first (real big) claymation,

G'Luck with the rest of 'em

P.S(Again) Is it a comedy, cuz thats all I make in movies (lol)

I use iMovie and iDVD for making the DVD's too and I use Flash for the startup and replay screens.
I'm working on the second one right now and its lookin' pretty good; my friend and I also made some music videos with the same guys which should be up there soon as well.

P.S. Yeah, it is pretty funny (as far as I can tell.)

I wish there was a way to combine WH40K with Think Tanks. Could you imagine crusing to the scrum goal in a space marine land speeder with muli-melta blazing away? Battlemode with Ork tanks? CTF with Land Raiders or Eldar hovertanks?

The guys at Garage Games really want to make some serious money they'd hook up with GamesWorkshop and create such a game. Talk about a built-in fan base. The possibilities for add-ons (new tank units, new weapons, new races) are just about endless. I can see it now: Think Tanks 40K!

WOO HOO!!!

Sounds really cool, but a bit far-fetched.

What would really be cool is an expansion with about twenty new tanks (like what happened with Battletanx and Global Assault, for any Nintendo junkies out there.)

Hey! There is a way! If they designed TT, why not WH40K+TT? Just change the forms of the tanks, the LRs and Eht's with a script, and make new maps for origanalls

Thursday, July 06, 2006 at 3:05:01 PM

Yea....there could be flyin tanks, mego tanks w/ machine guns, all sorts a' tanks!

I used to have a kickass Dark Angel army, and I tinkered around with a Genestealer cult. I was heavy into it about 10-15 years ago, then I sold all my stuff on Ebay after it sat around for a while and I realized I just didn't have the massive ammounts of free time and $ to paint miniatures any longer. Plus, I couldn't keep up with all of the what-seemed like monthly rule changes from GW that appeared in White Dwarf.

I had the ORIGINAL 40K book that came out in '87. Parts were dark and evil to say the least (e.g., human bombs, psyker sacrifices, genocide, etc.). Since then, I've heard they've softened up the game quite a bit and made it more palatable for the preteens and their soccer moms. Glad to know it's still popular at any rate.

Now I get my 40K fix via http://www.dawnofwargame.com/ . I must admit, it cuts into my TT time. :)

WRHMMR40K isnt a computer game? Is it like dungeons and dragons then? :o

Friday, July 07, 2006 at 12:06:52 PM

Uhh... It's Both a computer game and a strategy game. It started out as a strategy game in the mid 1980's and eventually became a video game.
