I have a big problem with people being rasis on TT like kkk as a name and people saying I hate ni**egs (Demo(bugy ligh) ) is there some way your can kick people for like maby 3 days or a week or some thing for being very rasis. (If don't want to help I undersand :[ )

Not if they are on a shockwave server. They are for the most part wide open. You should try to play on private servers where banlists are used to keep security tight. Most know offenders are on the banlist, others who decide to be abusive are added as they they offend.
