I just got sypware on my pc I need help fast !!!!!!!!!!!! I says it came from PTT :S I need help!!!!!!!!

From PTT? Doubtful. (Unless it thinks a cookie is spyware)

How do you know, and what does your system say exactly .

With most spyware programs they recognize many cookies as spyware. PTT comes up as a tracking cookie. Many programs list the threat level. Don't worry about anything that is listed as low threat. These are usually helpful cookies. You know you have a adware/spyware program when you start getting popups and you computer mysteriously acts slow.
