If you have Windows XP you click on Start in the bottom left had corner. Then put your mouce over all programs then click on accessories near the top of the list. Now click on notpad or wordpad. The only difference in Windows 98 is you have to click on programs under start if you have that.

I know I sound like a noob but how do you open a note pad.please tell and reply.thanks in advanced
