Types of Details on tank:
Do you want 3d effects? If so, what 3d effects do you want:
Do you want any detailed parts on your tank? If so, what do details do you want:
Any special images needed? Please give me the image or an idea if so:
Anything else that I have not said?:
Once you finish this fill out sheet, I'll probably finish a very high quality skin from 3-5 days or possibly longer (depending on my work schedule).
