As most of you know, I am Leader of the Invisible Army. My army is the biggest and the best. We are identified by the invisible symbol we all put at the end of our name.

Our symbol looks like this:

Since I am the leader, my symbol looks a little different. My symbol looks like this:

All of the best players are soldiers in Invisible Army. You can always tell an Invisible Army soldier because we wear an invisible symbol after our name. See Tally Ho, ReagentX, HankstaTanksta, Bolo, Nuts!, Fleabiscuit, and many others, for examples.

Anyway, two important announcements...

First, Blind Cide has been fired as Treasurer. Tally Ho has graciosly assumed responsibility and believes he will be able to track some of the "irregularities" and even, perhaps, locate some of the money BC claims has "disappeared". Keep your fingers crossed. If you see BC wearing the Invisible Army symbol, tell him to remove it and make good on his promise to help find our money.

Second, and due to incredible demand, the Invisible Army is launching a sister organization to enable some of our more busy community members the opportunity to have the honor of being Invisible Soldiers -- it's called the Invisible Guard. While soldiers train full time in the Invisible Army, the Invisible Guard trains one weekend a month plus two weeks a year.

Yesterday, Three graduated basic training and became the first new soldier of the Invisible Guard. I urge you to show great respect for his commitment, albeit somewhat less than others. This is not a 2003-era version of the Guard, filled with the elite and cowardly. Today, Invisible Guard soldiers are expected to take a very active role in driving the continued domination of our army. Please join me in welcoming Three to the Invisible Guard.

Three wears the new Invisible Guard symbol with pride. It looks like this:

I am the leader of the lower case letters army, and we challenge you a war.

Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 7:51:14 AM

I am leader of the parentheses army (hence: Tankster ( SA) - the SA was purely for decoration )

We have great members in this army such as Cadc (SA/FP/UF), lonewolf (UF), Craptblaster (UF), 1monkey (SA), Tankor (AZN), Tankster (SA), Blind Cide (from Tahiti), Dazzle (UF), get some (mini), etc. And that's only to name a few.

So, I say on behalf of our army, BRING IT!

Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 7:57:30 AM

Nobody could stand up to the venerable hyphen army!

Our members include: Me XD
I guess that says it all.

Well I guess Niko might qualify.

Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 8:41:43 AM

I am the leader of the biggest army, the Letter army. Anyone with even one letter in their name is in this army. So, that would only exclude 44...(odd coincidence, we agreed to ban him anyways). So, I challenge your now-one man army to a war, 44.

Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 9:49:51 AM

I repeat DO NOT challenge the invisible army. They are protected by the large caps army, like NUTS!, NAPALM, ROGUE, just to name a few As a fair warning to all you other armies my elite guard of exclamations points have secretly entered your ranks. We will bring you down.

Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 10:35:31 AM

THE LARGE CAPS ARE INVINCIBLE. DO NOT STAND IN THE WAY OF OUR QUEST TO RID THE WORLD OF LOWER CASE LETTERS.

@BC THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROUS DONATIONS TO OUR CAUSE. PLEASE EXPECT YOUR PROBATIONARY MEMBERSHIP CARD TO BE IN THE MAIL IN 6-8 WEEKS.

I always thought that was more of a Delta symbol. Y'know... But what the hay! I'll join!

Well I guess Niko might qualify

You need a comma after Well. Introductory clause...

Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.

Monday, June 26, 2006 at 1:13:59 PM

^ XD (inside joke)

Warfare:
"High school" is two words.
You need a punctuation mark after every sentence.

PGG: "Introductory clause" is not a complete sentence.

The Grammar Police Chief has spoken! ;)

^ The rules of the lower case letter army cleary state that you can only be in one army.
I declair war agenst da gramer polise.

Monday, June 26, 2006 at 10:37:39 PM

I can't believe my Alphabet Army split in to the the lower case army and UPPER CASE ARMY... :(

So, I call leadership over the lower case army (since I was the leader/founder of the Letter aka Alphabet Army), and there is only a few rules:
1. You may only be in the lower case army.
2. Anyone with all lowercase letters may apply for the army.
3. Anyone with only one UPPER CASE letter may apply for the army.
3.5. Capital letters inside parenthesis don't count.
4. 44 is banned for having the abomination of a number-only name.
5. Pay homeage to Hugo if he takes over PTT and if he joins (no punishment)

And here I thought I was just on a nice long weekend with the fam.....turns out I was on congradulatory leave. You see folks, this is a very secret Army. I wasn't even apprised of my training regimen until I had completed it. General 44 runs a pretty tight lipped crew. (no cracks about that last sentence....cause it's just too easy.)

Being the only member of "The Invisible Guard" - while lonely, and at times lending itself to fits of crying and sniffing belly button lint- does have its' perks. 44 was generous enough to allow me to come up with a symbol signifying what will now only be referred to as "The Guard".

It looks like this:

BC, I really do appreciate the graduation party you put together for me with "member donations". The geisha girls and trumpeting swan ice sculpture cascading with Jack Daniels were a nice touch, but the guy in the clown suit that reeked of a combination of Aqua Velva and his own urine was a might creepy. A bit of last minute hazing? (again, leave the clown sentence alone......work harder)

Other members of "The Invisible Army": I can only hope to someday meet and train alongside you on the battlefield. When I showed up to training camp, I was not given a list of other members.....only the promise of protection and some vague reference to martyrdom and 72 virgin sheep. And when you're an oppressed thirtysomething middleclass business owner with a gorgeous wife and beautiful daughter and you're just lookin' for a way out..............

44, thank you again for making this the best day of my life out of the past two. And in lieu of my "Sally Fields at the Oscars you really like me" speech, I will just stand to salute.

It looks like this:

Thanks

PS: I still need your signature on my enrollment form for the "Invisible Guard BYOB" program. And yes, the sheep sentence is fair game....you've come this far.

Welcome to the fold. By the way, I thought NUTS! Was in the exclamation point army.

Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 9:38:30 PM

Hey, I am in three different armies. Invisible, LARGECAPS and the exclamation army. Still trying my best to join you in the ugly army. XD <--- see smiliy face means I am joking and you can't get mad.

Yes, three nice to have you, leave my sheep alone. Ask 44 he likes to share. I return your salute ..!.. XD

Dont make me call on my Some Squad to whup all of your paltry armies. It has been a while but im sure I could still muster the likes of Got Some, Want Some, Had Some and Need Some to put an end to this nonsense.

Actually...what would be more entertaining is to make NUTS! Fight himself to see who the best army is....my guess would be the Exclamation Army but I would defer to the magic 8ball for any predictions concerning this matter.

Ps...shouldnt this be in the armies thread?
