O so there are o more sites thats weird cus I looked at all the sigs there and some people had sigs that were not there so im wondering where they got them from like vince and urs palm where did u get urs?

I got mine at http://www.anchoredbygrace.com/smileys I never made mine, it's a smiley. The people who have sigs that aren't from Flaming text of any other sig making site. They made theirs from scratch with paint shop or photo shop

Or the GIMP. It's free, and it's what I made my [seldom used] sig with.
