Last night I was banned by Mojo an unjust and arbitrary way.

1.- You (Mojo) ARE NOT the owner of this MOD (Magic Mountain)
2.- For your information, in this mod, DOES NOT exist restrictions for use heavy language
("cuss" for puritan people)

So... Why?, Are u another racist Admin?, or maybe are you a bad looser?

Wut does banning have to do with racial disputes? Furthermore, admins control the map, no matter who's it is. Admin can kick you for using curse words if they want. If they tell you to stop, u may want to actually, u no....stop.

Cussing on TT is not prohibited in many mods by many admins. Mojo is one of them. You will meet lots of admins like this. I am not saying it in a bad manner at all either. Why cuss in a video game? Because u made a mistake or the other guy scored?

I "cuss" because Im FREE to "cuss", at least in the Dotz mods.

Lolol. Amigo...I am sorry to hear about this conflict. I have great respect for each of you. I think that I am to blame for establishing a no (or, at least, not much), cussing rule in Dotz' mod. Mojo, geeV and I have worked together since our original days in Repent's mods to establish an environment where kids can play alongside adults without having to worry about language or abuse. The problem is not with you, and I am absolutely as certain of this as I have ever been of anything: Mojo is not racist.

You are a great player and a respected person. I am proud to know you as my friend. I will address this problem with Mojo and Dotz, and I hope to resolve the issue so that you are unbanned as soon as possible.

In all the times I've played with you Matador I Have never known you to have issues with anyone. But I do know that you've played in Dotz mod long enough to realize that excessive cursing is not allowed. Certainly you've seen players warned or removed for this reason before. Yet, even with attempts by Geev and I to extinguish the verbal assault you were laying upon ouch, you continued. Now.....Im a racist? I again made an attempt to communicate with you in another mod, to try to resolve the situation. Because, given you history in the mod, it is not your common behavior and perhaps it was just an escalation of emotions temporarily out of control. Your a good player, someone I enjoyed playing with and really wanted to see back in once the issue was discussed and resolved. I make no apologies. Given the same circumstances I would do it again. And, unless otherwise instructed by Dotz, will continue to warn, kick, or ban anyone behaving that way. I am confussed as to why you've called GQ, OUCH, LOOKING, GEEV, and myself racist. Hope you can work it out.

No, I am not a racist. Have I lost my temper in a mod and said things I later wish I had'nt. Yes. I've had words with ouch myself, in repents mod. So I understand how things can get out of control. But what is important here is that I didnt let them get escalated to a point where I myself was banned. And I now consider ouch to be a friend. As I consider you to be. I do not consider myself to be "better" than anyone else. But I do believe admins most important responsibility is to be able to allow parents the security of knowing they can let thier children play these games without reading words that are offensive. Certainly you agree with this much. This is allI have to say on the matter.
