***News Flash***
Coming soon, there will be a new server called Kings of the Hill (TS) that will host perpetual championship matches for team scrum (3 on 3, 4 on 4 and even 5 on 5).
The format will rotate and change every week. The winning team will remain on the server and the losing team will be kicked off the server so another team can play the champs.
The new challengers can be the same players if there isn't another team waiting to play in the queue. The admin will maintain order on the server as well as record matches in observer mode.

Note: There can be other kings of the hill servers for Team Batttlemode and CTF as well as a King of the Hill for indie scrum and battlemode.

P.S. I don't know when this will happen because no one has volunteered to do this yet. It's just an idea I had that would give us addicts a fix in between formal tournaments and league play.

Very cool idea, that is, as long as it's somehow constantly managed and planned perfectly. Tricky, but if it was successful, it'd definetly be a hit.

I was thinking of something similar.

1) Forum threads would be used for teams to state their availability and for hosters/observers to be arranged.

2) Passwords would be emailed after teams achieve a schedule and hoster(s)/observer(s) volunteer.

3) Results would be posted in a thread.

This wouldn't be a tournament but more of just a way to organize matches and keep track of team results.
