Steps for general extermination that never work:
1. Kill him!
As you can see, these instructions are broad and flat and give no specific instructions! Mine, however, DO!

Proper steps from your good friend Warpath:
1. Find a power up. If the camper fires back at enemies like Chong, use a speedy. If the camper doesnt fire back like Tanty, use a bounce back.
2. Come up at the camper from behind and get within good sniping range and good enough for continuous barraging.
3. Dodge all enemy attacks by driving in a circle around your opponent but also firing back at him/her.
4. After the camper is dead, threaten him and watch him run to another server!
This concludes the CEC authorized camper killing instructions
