How hard is it to use Adobe Image Ready CS and is it free?

@ Phoenix - No Adobe Image Ready CS is not free it is part of Adobe Photoshop CS.
The difficulty of using it depends on your experience with photoshop.

Basically making an animated Gif is like making a flip book.

You know the little animation you can make in the corner of your History book.
