Think what it would be like not to have any rogues in the game, example:

Where is the fun in that ?
there is no competition, and imagine if there was no terrorisors, the sad B*tches that sit infront of their computers all day spamming these forums with junk saying: 'Stupid cusser' look I took a screeny of Chong cussing' would have no events at all in their meaningless sad lives, Ok tanilyzer may go over the top sometimes but he is just an acception I like to see healthy competition like this:

Player#1: I'm gonna kick your ass!
player#2: I'm gonna kill u !

It adds 'flavour' to the game, so next time you sit infront of your computers like mardy old farts think what it would be like without this competition, it makes games interesting.

So...you're justifying that without all the jerks in this world, it would be boring? What is 'boring'? If there were no jerks in this world, we could get something done for once. Maybe if we weren't so concentrated on getting rid of the jerks, we could update TT. If there weren't any jerks, then about 10 nice players that I know wouldn't have left.

The fun is in the game itself, not in the dialogue. If the game went well with vets and players cooperating without "YOU F*#$@*( I'M GOING TO KILL YOUR DOG AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE AN ACCIDENT" being yelled out and spamming the entire chat box. If there weren't jerks BMing, the game would be fun by itself.

I sat, I thought about it...it still doesn't make any sense at all. Maybe you and tanty can have your own server where you can swear and BM all you like, but every single other good player would agree that saying crap like "YOU SUCK" all throughout the game does not add "flavor" to it in any way, unless you're talking about it adding a flavor that tastes like oil, dog crap, and moldy old socks.

Really...no one WANTS to be cussed out so much that they have to leave the server. No one wants to be BMed the entire game. No one wants to have a stalker making fun of them behind their backs under the security of anonymity...mayber you think it's fun, maybe you think it's a necessity to any game, but that will just make you another troll.

And I think there's some bit of hypocrisy to be found in analyzing people who have a condescending attitude toward those who play this game and not having a "real life" while seeming to be as involved in the game and forums as everyone else.

Just because I don't like to take crap from other people doesn't mean I take the game too seriously and have no life. It means I don't like to take crap from people regardless of the media they employ.

Wanting to have quality gaming experiences has NOTHING to do with bad language, annoying other players, or not being sporting enough to compliment a player doing something well. I think Spunky's dead on. The flavors Chong enjoys may not be palatable to most of us. Chong, I hope you understand someday.

When I'm playing a very competitive game, I don't have the time to chit chat, I'm too busy playing the game. I don't play this game to chit chat..thats why they have this forum. The most I can say without effecting my game play is "gg" or "n1". Some of the best competitive & funnest games I've played not a single word has been said...just hard core fighting.

Adds flavor? Everything has a flavor, Chong, but that doesn't mean we want to eat crap.

I remember when he played as Sperm in TBM. He was terrible at BM so he would just swear and teamkill. It sounds like he does the same things in Individual Scrum. I don't play Indi Scrum much, if at all, so I've not witnessed his idiocy but can only imagine. I have played a few games of TS with him and he's not very good. I would rate him at about a Duk Bot. I figure this is why he acts the way he does in unmoderated Indi Scrum servers. He figures he can't hang so he might as well be a douche. This is no different from the rest of the trolls, he just happens to use the same name a lot.

If I had a suitable connection to host a dedicated Indi Scrum server I would have a long time ago. It sounds like one is needed so it can be moderated and people like Chong can be given the boot. I guarantee he'd change his tune real quick. That is if he wasn't banned immediately. Personally I think a lot of people like playing with the morons. My proof, just look at how many people stay and argue for long periods of time in the Lair and the Shockwave Scrum servers. Masochists I say, masochists.

All that crap above said, if there was a moderated Indi Scrum server people like Chong and others would be a non-issue.

Competition is not defined by how rudely you can run your yapper during a game, DESPITE what some pro athletes seem to think. Good competition is the other player out there working just as hard as you, both of you sweating up a storm trying to outscore the other, and when it's over, win or lose, you have to give the other guy his kudos for a tough match.

The punk sitting in the corner swearing a blue streak is not competition. He is a toy poodle. "yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap!" All bark, no bite.

This is useless, I agree with Racer. And @CHong, it adds flavor, you're rioght, and it also adds swearing 10-year-olds who talk trash because you or Tally or whoever else does.

Chongs right without bad@$$e$ this world would be boring but we must keep all of it to a minimum and its not only being and punk its also being brave and trying out new things running right into the fire of an enemy tank can be exilerating but you must be either brave or just plain stupid to do that try out new things have diffrent tactics dont just drive and shoot have some strategy that changes at least every week or so so it doesnt get to be the same old shoot and drive game
