If you want fast tanks, don't go overboard like you just did. Change it to something like 100. 200 at most. THEN, it might work.
If you do over 1000 and tap it your off the map.
Pray to GOD for him to reveal himself to you.

Lighttank.maxspeed = 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000; <acts as if maxspeed was 0, (you cant move)
