The bad news is that yesterday, I was on the new PTT Team Scrum server when I shot Destructor(Ex_cc) after he'd scored. I know that this is considered BMing, and Destructor BMed me in retaliation later. That I can accept. But when TWO OTHER PEOPLE shoot you when you're TYPING and NOWHERE NEAR THE GOAL, that is a bit excessive. And when they try to JUSTIFY IT and SWEAR AT YOU IN THE PROCESS...
I'll just post a screenie (which I edited a bit to highlight some key points...)

Now for the good news: Today is my birthday!!! W00t!

Well,If they see you, they can shoot you. Only when they stalk you and kill you over and over is when it gets too far.

That's scrum for ya,frustrating yet addictive...

I see a lot of frustration over this issue in these forums. Don't let it bother you if people shoot you a lot in scrum. There really isn't anything you can do about it.
just reciprocate for the duration of the match and hope they feel like playing scrum your way next time. Or operate your own server and install an admin package on it so you can play the way you want to and boot people who don't want to play the way you do.

Team killing, diving, BMing, camping, cliff running, tally bashing, etc

All is fair in love, war, and team scrum....

Last I checked, there's a gun up front. Why are people always complaining that they are in a tank game and being shot at?
