I doubt its comcast you can play right? Just not host out side your lan
Do you have a router in your setup
If so then you need to go into the router settngs and either
enable game mode (US Robotics) or open the ports 28000=28010
so the game can pass thru (Linksys)
look for your router instructions or go to their website for more info
Each router is a lil different
