Page : <1> :
Hi Cloud
Ok some back ground
1 Which PSL8 server dash's or NUTS!?
2 How fast is your internet connection? Dialup - dsl - cable?
3 where (generally) do you live East coast - West? Europe?
Things that will bog down the game
A) Busy computer or internal network (downloading music or auto updating etc)
B) bad hardware between you and the master server - call your ISP and ask them to trace route your connection
C) Some one else in the server has bad lag - sometimes this effects ppl - sometimes not
D) Viruses or spyware (makes your computer very busy) - get AdAware if on pc @www.lavasoft.com it's free for personal use
I'll check back

Do you have more than one computer in the house?
Turn the others off and try it.
Also heres a couple of other things you can do but if they dont work you have to call comcast
1.Try rebooting your cable modem - shut off all the computers (and router if you have one - unplug the power to the cable cable modem - wait at least 15 sec then powerup in reverse order
2 close your firewall
3. Replace your network cable
If one of these things works lemme know
Try them one at a time in order.
If it dont help then call comcast tech support and ask them to do a trace route
This checks the path from you to PSL8 and helps them to repair the problem if its at their end
