There are several excellent heavies that play mostly TBM and hold the fort in CTF.

Us heavies are around. The problem is everytime you lights get close enough to see us you start smoking and your brain leaves your tank.. Thereby causing a loss of memory. We will try and work on that for you. Maybe if you ran away REALLY fast from us you would remember us later.lol

Or you cold make a mod called heave vs light make the heavys fast and the lights slow!
