Hello all I want more bots on a team agensit me how would I do this it's 2 easy just facin 3... I want 7! Or 10! Can any1 help me with tis?

Ok, I told you I didnt want to type that much yesterday, but I guess ill help ya out today:

In game/server/prefs you see this:

$pref::Server::Bot0 = "GoldlightTank";

$pref::Server::Bot1 = "GoldlightTank";

$pref::Server::Bot2 = "GoldTank";

$pref::Server::Bot3 = "GoldlightTank";

$pref::Server::Bot4 = "GoldlightTank";

$pref::Server::Bot5 = "GoldTank"; (well mine is slightly modified from yours)

To get more just put this:

$pref::Server::Bot6 = "GoldlightTank";

$pref::Server::Bot7 = "GoldlightTank";

And so on, as many as you want, then you need this:

$pref::Server::BotName0 = "Visit my site";

$pref::Server::BotName1 = "freewebs.com/thinktanks";

$pref::Server::BotName2 = "Visit my site";

$pref::Server::BotName3 = "freewebs.com/thinktanks";

$pref::Server::BotName4 = "Visit my site";

$pref::Server::BotName5 = "freewebs.com/thinktanks";

To give them a name, make as many bot names as you did bots, not any more, not any less. Then you need this:

$pref::Server::BotTeam0 = "GreenTeam";

$pref::Server::BotTeam1 = "BlueTeam";

$pref::Server::BotTeam2 = "GreenTeam";

$pref::Server::BotTeam3 = "BlueTeam";

$pref::Server::BotTeam4 = "GreenTeam";

$pref::Server::BotTeam5 = "BlueTeam";

And put them on whatever team you want, as I said before though, not any more, nor less than the # of bots you have. Then this:

$pref::Server::MaxBots = 2;

And change the 2 to how many bots you want. Then (this is not necessary, but I recomend it) you need this:

$pref::Server::ReplaceBots = 0;

Leave it at 0, but if yours is untampered with, you need to change it to 0 so your bots dont leave.

And finally, just change your # of players to accomidate for the bots, and how many players you want.

Oh, almost forgot, copy all of the text in the file, and go over to game/client/prefs, and select eveything that has $pref::Server in the name, and right click and paste.Need any help just ask.

Nope, do all of tha, or no more bots. That will take a max of 10-15 min, I put 10 bots in my server, and it took 5 min tops.

Did you put it in the right place, and name it the right thing?

I did but I deleted them and fixed it I was sooooooooo lucky I had these back ups of em.. I mean they were soo old those things 3 months I had those back up files... Well anyway I am going 2 try 2 do it agin,... :S

They had a bug in em lol...
