Weird. Maybe it's lag?
How about you post in a different forum that doesn't include the word modding as it's title?
It's downloading the terrains and extra files. Install Art Crazy's Improved Never-Stop Download Bar and it should fix it.

Hey guys
I think my TT destryed
After 2 years I'am playing TT
Now is the final time come to destroy my TT?
I having a loading problem
When you intall your TT from the first time
You can enter any mod fast
But mine
When you enter or open any mod
It takes 15 min to enter the mod ( your mod or other mods )
So how can I fix this
I think this happen for my TT folder size
I have lot of mission,shapes,skies and sound
How can I fix this problem :[
