I am scheduling a practice this Saturday at 2pm eastern . I have a 50/50 chance of making it, but I think we are really overdue for a practice and I know that Sunday is not the best day to schedule a practice. I need a hoster (I know Cassie will probably have it covered, but that is a "just in case" notice). I want as many people as possible to make it, I don't know how many people we can fit in a server with a good connection, but we'll see. We could possibly have 2 practice squads with 2 seperate servers if lag becomes an issue. Soapy will run the practice.

@ Yarkl: I can't have it covered. I'm not sure. 2PM EST is 9PM GMT+1 (we don't name our timezones). I can have the server on, but I wouldn't be able to be here.
(parents always want me off computer @ 9) 1PM Eastren Standard Time would be awesome.

So well, TS is good, but being soldier here is not suitable 4 me. Either you should change it or remove me from lists.

Head Tank: Is responsible for maintaining the army, scheduling practices/wars, making sure members stay active, updating this post, issuing warnings and bans when nessesarry, recruiting new members, alerting members of news or army updates; and premoting and demoting members of TS
Assistant Head Tank: In charge of the Co-Leaders and sends e-mails to TS members alerting them of important news.
Co-Leaders: Assists the Head Tank in all of his responsibilities.
Senior Officers: Issues warnings and bans.
Officers: Issues warnings and discusses bans with members of a higher rank.
Terrorizers: Simply a position above Soldier with the same responsibilities.
Soldiers: Responsible for doing your best in wars, alerting leaders about members who misbehave and giving us your input of how you think this army is doing, new rules etc...
-No impostering! - - It's not a joke, it's not funny, and if we catch you doing it, you will be banned forever with no questions asked.
-No swearing, racism, sexist or explicit posts. - - It's very easy to control what you say on a message board because you are able to think about what you say before you post it. Your punishment will depend on the severity of what you do.
-No spamming on PTT or TT. - - The moderators on PTT do a very good job. Don't make their job any harder and make them clean up your messes. You will be kicked 1-3 weeks depending on how excessive your spamming is.
-No team killing. - - This one's just common sense, I don't think this rule needs an explaination. (Kicked 2-3 weeks).
-No cheating in anyway whatsoever. - - Anything that gives you an unfair advantage is considered cheating. This includes: camping, cliffhanging, BMing in scrum, etc... (Kicked/Banned).
-Show respect to everyone. - - This does include demos. You should always treat other players with respect. If someone is annoying you, use /ignore. Until the person actually gets in the way of you playing the game; they should be ignored. (Kicked/Banned)
-Stay active! - - We don't hold practices for nothing! Please make them as often as you can. (Verbal Warning)
-No excessive name changing please! - - Please, we do not want to constantly update this post because you decided that you don't like your screename anymore. You won't recieve any punishment for breaking this rule, but please be curtious and keep the name changing to a minimum.
-You need to have TS in your name. - - Shows you are deticated and loyal to this army without saying a thing :). We will make exceptions as needed.
-You are only allowed to be in 3 other armies INCLUDING TS, and TS must come first. You may be an ally member of as many armies you like as long as you are not a member of more than 3. (Temporary Kick until you can decide which armies to stay with)

EA - Elite Agents
EA is a special rank, that you can only get for extreme loyalty or for beiing extremely devoted and committed to TS.
Special Rules
You have some special rules to follow
- You can only be in TS or a ally army (VT atm)
- You need to post at PTT at least once a day
- You should be voted in by 90% of all TS to be one.
- You should be trusted by all members, and vice-versa
Special Things You Can Do
- You have a double vote, on votings.
- You can 'command' everybody lower then 'Co-leader'
- You can be a trainer on a practice server
- You can start a practice server, every time you want
Now How Do I Become One
There are 2 ways,
Way #1 : Asked by Head Tank
The Head-Leaders ask you, if you say 'yes', there will be a voting (and if 90% of the TS's vote 'okay' you're set!)
Way #2 : Asked by a rank lower then Head Tank
The Person asks you, if you say 'yes', there will be a voting (and if 90% of the TS's vote 'okay' you're set!)
But beware. If a Head-Leaders says 'no', the voting will be stopped directly, and you're -unfortunantly- not a EA
How Can I Get Qualified For A Possible EA Designation
There are lots of ways to get one, I'll give the most here.
- Extreme loyalty
- Be devoted and committed to TS
- Doing something special (TS home map, TS script, TS skin, etc)
- Be in TS whitout any warning/kick for 3 months - you'll get a auto-invitement

Ah hello TS! I have not gone into this forum for quite awhile! I have come to give you your long due grade, for I have been reminded by one General Vig! Prepare yourself for the first AO grade that you shall be given!
Power: I am quite impressed at the amount of skill and might that this formerly small army has gained since the time it was made. I see that this army is quite active, and has recruited many able players, including some highly-skilled vets, and new ambitious players. Now although Ollvar is no longer leader, you, Yarkl, have been doing a fine job in maintaining your army, and seem to have many loyal members who will not argue over what actions you take. Although you have not participated in too many wars, you have a higher amount of wins than losses, which is very good. It also must be pointed out you defeated one Big Five Army (VT), which basically means you are a Big Five. Overall, I believe you are doing well in power!
Rules: Ah I see some originality in this army! This is one of the few armies I have seen who have given true purpose for each rank, including the soldiers, who are the main force of the army! Your rules are also well explained, but I do not like how the punishments are said after the rules, or at least not in bold print. I would suggest either putting the punishments in a seperate part of the headliner, or put them in bold, so your members do not overlook any punishments.

A very excellent first grade! Most armies do not get this as a first grade, but it seems it is because your army is very good (and the fact I did not grade your army long ago when it was in a weaker state)! Continue to make TS stronger, and I am sure it will reach to the point of an A+ grade!
