D5- THE DELINQUENT 5
AKA THE NEW EX

This is the unofficial thread for the army D5 started by me. Anyone is allowed to join now if they want and the army will officially start and a new thread will be created after a certain number of people have joined (SEE BOTTOM)

ARMY LAYOUT-
5 toons:
The Sacred Ones (LS),
Scrum (S),
Battlemode (BM),
capture the flag (CTF),
and Geek Legion(GL).
Each platoon (AKA TOON)has a leader, with any number of members who will be commanded by that leader. Anyone can join except for people on the ban list (see below) and when a person wants to join on a postion that they must be tested for first (see TESTING)

SUCESSION LIST- This should never have to be used, but it's here just in case.
CTF cap= SERVES AS ARMY LEADER
GL cap= SERVES AS LIEUTENANT CAPTAIN, first in sucession.
S cap= SERVES AS ASSISTANT CAPTAIN, but second in sucession.
BM cap= SERVES AS ASSISTANT CAPTAIN, third
LS cap= SERVES AS LIEUTENANT COLONEL, fourth
If sucession occurs, captains will change postitions in acesending order within the toons
IN THE EVENT OF TWO OR MORE MEMBERS LEAVING AT THE SAME TIME, A VOTE WILL BE HELD WITHIN THE PLATOONS TO WHO SHOULD BE ELECTED TO POSTIONS. ANYONE CAN BE VOTED INTO ANY POSTION. WINNERS MUST HAVE A MAJORITY VOTE.

TESTING-
Members who join in the GL or LS toons do not have to be tested! The only restriction is they must be approved by me and the toon leader they want to join for. IF there is a problem, I will talk it over with both parties.
IF you want to join S, BM, or CTF you must be tested by me or the corresponding toon leader and receive my permission.
ALL TOON LEADERS MUST BE TESTED. THIS INCLUDES THOSE WHO ARE VOTED INTO A POSTION, BUT THE TESTING WILL BE LESS STRICT

RULES
No BMing in scrum
No cursing
No racism
No sexism
No cheating
No camping
No cliff hanging
No team killing
No in-army fights (what I mean is "don't be hating"! XD )
No impersonating anyone
--The four strike system popular in other armys will be used here. Captains or co captains must rule on the strikes. A strike chart will be kept by me. If you get 4 you are suspended for 2 months, and if you get 4 more you are banned. Anyone can be banned instantly if there actions are too much to be excused, but a vote must take place for that to happen, with a 2/3 majority.

BEING IN OTHER ARMYS
You are allowed to be in as many as 2 other armies IF you aren't a toon leader. Toon leader's are allowed 1 other army (including if they are the leader). The leader can be in 1 other army, but not be a leader of that army, and their loyalty may be voted on in the future.

LEAVING
You may leave this army at anytime, but if you leave without a proper explination you are subject to be banned forever.

2: Chong (no real reason to put that there, as he is banned everywhere)

4: Anyone who is silenced on this board

SKINS, MODS
Anyone can make a skin for the army, or an army mod. Eventually we will vote on an official skin and skinner for the army, and an official modder. We will also need a dedicated practice server.

That is it, if I think of anything else I will put it here.
REMEMBER, THIS ARMY IS NOT OFFICIALLY RUNNING YET. ONCE WE HAVE A LEADER FOR EACH TOON, I WILL CREATE A NEW FORUM WITH THE D5 NAME ON IT. THAT WILL BE WHEN THE ARMY STARTS OPERATING.

I vote D5, and I'd like to join CTF... If Cadc approves. I'll still be in SA, and this clan seems far from n00b status.

Pdiddy officially usurped Ex to me in an email. That means that this new army is the NEW EX!!! Good for us, because it provides some of the benefits of having a fairly well known army!

ANNDDD.....
I am working on a dedicated server for our army. It is called Vatican City, and I have all dash codes installed + admin password that I will give to my trustworthy teammates. I will have it up and dedicated mucho soono, but for now I will try to put it up once in a while as a normal server so you can see.

Figured out the problem: Racer said I need to open port 28000 on my Linksys router. Problem is I am not an admin on my home comp. I will try to fix this ASAP.

Sorry boys, went camping (in the woods)(IN THE REAL WORLD!!!) this weekend without an internet connection!!!

Anyway I'm back and my school lets out soon so heres when I will be on for now:

Monday: Graduation, will be home by 4:00
Tuesday: KENNYWOOD TRIP, will not be home all day
Wednesday: Last day of school, will be home by 9:00 AM (its only till 8:45? I don't know either)
Thursday: All day at home
Friday: Party, 5:00-10:00 PM, otherwise home all day.

No clue 'bout the album, but on the fighting the law part... ::looks around, check dubiouse firewalls, checks the pentagon:: lets just say the quota is full XD

"I fought the law" Is a single they released during a deal w/ apple computers for their first iTunes music store commericial during the super bowl. And btw I can play pretty much any Green Day song on my bass. I'll have to make an audio recording for yous guys sometime. I'm getting good at Holiday.

I just realized that we have 6 members, which means that I will be starting the official army thread. This means we will be a running army and we can have wars, make allies, and join clubs! Yay D5!
