No, really, it doesn't work. Pokemalo answered that in Racer445's thread about the same thing.

Even if it did work, aiming with a stick is really hard.....

Well Chong IBotI I think I know your answer to your following question above.

Here are the steps that you must follow to complete your task of playing ThinkTanks with your playstation 2 style joystick.

Contol Panel>Find a software named "Game Controllers">click on it> then customize your desire of options to play ThinkTanks with your joystick.

Hope this works Chong IBotI XD

Cya all.

Get it through your thick skull, you guys, IT WON'T WORK. TT does NOT support joypads.

The xbox version does.... Aiming with a controller stick is really hard...

But TT2 will... We are adding joypad support for the XBOX port.. We have to make many adjustments to make it workable.. Straight out of the box in thinktanks, it just sucks.. And I would not want anyone to intentionally subject themselves to the sort of punishement that is a joypad in thinktanks without some serious code modifications to make it fun. Trust us.. You really don't want this until it is ready.

ThinkTanks does not officially support gamepads, but a very nice person on GarageGames donated this code snippet, add it to prefs.cs and ThinkTanks should now work with your gamepad.

$pref::Input::GamepadEnabled = "1";

Hope this helps! :)

And if you want to add JOYSTICK support, open up prefs.cs in the client folder and change $pref::Input::JoystickEnabled = 0; to $pref::Input::JoystickEnabled = 1;

Hope this helps!
