Hi Folks,

Have been busy building custom skins, so haven't any seasonals for you. BUT...I have updated some things on my skins site:

Added:
Black treads set
Amber Glow Reticles
and 2 new light tank skins

Oh, thanks!

Well, for the most part if you have Photoshop simply place photo to overlay on a layer above the first layer. Then set the function of the layer to Overlay, Multiply or whatever effect of overlay you are looking for. Fireworks, Paint shop pro, and Corel or Fractal Paint have layers features as well.

I guess as long as you're not using Microsoft paint, you should be able to do this in a matter of minutes.
