Sigh.....2†Goth¥ämi PBx†2... If you are going to post, make it worth anyones while.....

@ hi

Create a folder called dedicated in your thinktanks folder (the one with the folders named common and game and it has main.cs in it)
in that folder that contains the above make a batchfile called TT1_1.bat
in it say

cd..
ThinkTanks -dedicated -mission game/data/missions/TT1_1.mis -game B

there you have it, your very own dedicated server

^ Exactly.

To dummy it down further...

All you do is put that bit ^^^^ in that text file then "Save-as" it and rename it to TT1_1.bat.

There your done.

Well... What kind of firewall/router you're using? Is it a program(e.g. Zonealarm)?

You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.

Woah Fellas!
First off its ports 28000 thru 28010
Second off you have to read the section in PTT called Dedicated servers!!!!
<------------------------------------
Then if you don't have a dedicated folder that came with the game
then go here for the workaround Neutered Shockwave Repair Kit

@kai just copy and paste to aviod errors

Well it works but it is extremely laggy when I log in thru the actual THINK TANKS JOIN OR CREATE GAME window, is that because I have the Shockwave Version :[ , or is it that because I'm logging where I am? And is there another way?

What kind of computer do you have kai?
Operating System?
Speed of CPU?
Amount of RAM?
Do you serve up anything else on your network
Kazaa? Or a Webcam?

A slower/older machine cannot handle to many things at once
